    摘要: An oscillator, a dielectric waveguide device and a transmitter incorporating the same, wherein a special temperature-compensating circuit provides a temperature-compensated device with reduced size and cost, and greater productivity. In the oscillator, a dielectric plate having a strip line of a specified length is arranged between conductive plates which enclose a Gunn diode. The oscillation output signal of the Gunn diode is extracted via the strip line. In addition, the sign of the dielectric-constant temperature coefficient of the dielectric plate is set such that changes in the oscillation frequency caused by changes in temperature of the Gunn diode are suppressed.

    摘要: An oscillation circuit is constructed by providing a line and a Gunn diode on a dielectric substrate, and an oscillation signal as the fundamental frequency signal of an oscillator is injected into the Gunn diode through a DC bias line. By disposing a dielectric stripline between upper and lower conductor plates, at NRD guide as an output transmission line is constructed, and the line and the NRD guide are coupled. The cutoff frequency of the NRD guide is determined so that the fundamental wave component of oscillation signal of the oscillation circuit is cut off and a harmonic is propagated.

    摘要: An FET amplifier includes an FET for amplifying a high-frequency signal to be input to the gate on the basis of a gate bias voltage from a gate bias control circuit. In the FET amplifier, a high-frequency signal input circuit and the output portion of an inverting amplifier are made conductive to the gate of the FET. A voltage stabilizing circuit generating a positive DC constant-voltage signal is made conductive to the non-inverting input portion of the inverting amplifier, and a gate bias control signal input circuit is made conductive to the inverting input portion through an inverter circuit. When the output voltage from the inverter circuit is 0 V, the inverting amplifier outputs a positive gate bias voltage (in the High state) and, when the output voltage from the inverter circuit is a fixed positive voltage, the inverting amplifier outputs a negative gate bias voltage (in the Low state) lower than the pinch-off voltage of the FET. The FET is ON/OFF controlled by the gate bias voltage and pulse modulates the input high-frequency signal to output the signal.

    摘要: An FET amplifier includes an FET for amplifying a high-frequency signal to be input to the gate on the basis of a gate bias voltage from a gate bias control circuit. In the FET amplifier, a high-frequency signal input circuit and the output portion of an inverting amplifier are made conductive to the gate of the FET.
