摘要: An engine control system includes pressure sensors (73, 74), position sensors (75, 76), pressure sensors (77, 78), a target revolution speed modification value computing unit (90), and a modification value adder (70r). A target revolution speed NR2 for use in control is computed based on changes of status variables such that the target revolution speed NR2 increases from the target revolution speed NR1 applied from an input unit (71), and then moderately returns to the target revolution speed NR1. In accordance with the computed target revolution speed NR2 for use in control, a target fuel injection amount FN1 is computed and a fuel injection amount is controlled. As a result, a drop of an engine revolution speed attributable to an abrupt increase of an engine load can be suppressed without sacrificing the work efficiency, and lowering of durability caused by an excessive increase of the engine revolution speed can be prevented.

摘要: An engine lag down suppressing device of construction machinery, comprising a vehicle body controller (13) having a first torque control means and a second torque control means, and a third torque control means. The first torque control means controls a torque control valve (7) to the minimum pump torque (value: Min) according to a target engine rotational speed (Nr) when the operating device (5) in the non-operated state of an continues for a monitoring time (TX1) to suppress an engine lag down after a specified holing time to hold a torque to a low pump torque is passed when the operating device in the non-operated state is operated. The second torque control means controls the torque control valve (7) to hold the minimum pump torque for a specified holding time (Tx2) after the operating device (5) in the non-operated state is operated. The third torque control means comprises a solenoid valve (16) and controls the torque control valve (7) to gradually increase the pump torque with elapse of time from a time when the specified holding time (TX2) is passed based on a specified torque increasing rate (K).

摘要: An engine lag down control system for construction machinery has a machinery body controller having first, second and third torque control units and a solenoid valve. The first torque control unit controls a torque control valve to a minimum pump torque corresponding to a target number of engine revolutions when a non-operated state of a control device has continued beyond a monitoring time. The second torque control unit controls the torque control valve such that the above-described minimum pump torque is held for a predetermined holding time subsequent to the operation of the control device from the non-operated state. The third torque control unit controls the torque control valve such that from a time point of a lapse of the predetermined holding time, the pump torque is gradually increased on a basis of a predetermined torque increment rate.

摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a hydraulic working machine is composed of a main pump 21, a boom cylinder 11 arranged for extension or contraction by pressure oil from the main pump 21, a directional control valve 22 for controlling flows of pressure oil to be fed from the main pump 21 to a bottom chamber 11a and rod chamber 12b of the boom cylinder 11, a control unit 23 for performing a change-over control of the directional control valve 22, a pilot pump 24, a jack-up selector valve 25 for controlling a flow of pressure oil delivered from the pilot pump 24, a flow control valve 26 connected on an upstream side of the directional control valve 22 to a meter-in port of the directional control valve 22 such that the flow control valve 26 can be changed over by the jack-up selector valve 25, and a center bypass selector valve 27 connected on a downstream side of the directional control valve 22 to a center bypass port of the directional control valve 22 such that the center bypass selector valve 27 can be changed over by the jack-up selector valve 25. The hydraulic circuit performs a change-over of the jack-up selector valve 25 in accordance with a bottom pressure on the boom cylinder 11.

A second modification factor calculating section 45 and a control gain modifying section 49, which are included in a controller 23 that performs speed sensing control to ensure that the maximum absorption torque of the hydraulic pumps 2 and 3 is reduced, change a control gain of the speed sensing control based on a value detected by the hydraulic temperature sensor 34 to ensure that the control gain is reduced as the temperature of the hydraulic fluid is reduced.

摘要: To permit using hold-side pressure oil in a first hydraulic cylinder for the acceleration of a second hydraulic cylinder upon performing a combined operation of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic drive system is provided with a main hydraulic pump 21, a boom cylinder 6 and an arm cylinder 7, a directional control valve 23 for a boom and a directional control valve 24 for an arm, and a boom control device 25 and an arm control device 26. The hydraulic drive system is also provided with a pressure oil feed means for feeding pressure oil in a rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6 to an upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm when a bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 has increased to a high pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined pressure. This pressure oil feed means includes a flow combiner valve 44 arranged in a reservoir line 42 which can communicate to the rod chamber 6b of the boom cylinder 6. When the bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 is the predetermined pressure or higher, the flow combiner valve 44 maintains a communication line 40, which communicates the reservoir line 42 and the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm with each other, in a state that pressure oil can be fed to the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm.

When the bottom pressure of the arm cylinder 7 is the predetermined pressure or higher, the flow combiner valve 44 maintains a communication line 40, which communicates the reservoir line 42 and the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm with each other, in a state that pressure oil can be fed to the upstream side of the directional control valve 24 for the arm.
