    摘要: An engaging groove (47) with which a gasket (42) is engaged is provided in each of a front side projecting portion (44) and a rear side projecting portion (46) formed in a filter accommodating cylinder (37) to be positioned on an outer peripheral surface (44A, 46A) of each projecting portion (44, 46). Therefore, when the gasket (42) latches on each of the projecting portion (44; 46) to be fitted thereon from an outside, the gasket (42) can be engaged with the engaging groove (47) provided in each of the projecting portions (44, 46). In consequence, at the time of mounting and removing the filter accommodating cylinder (37), the falling-off of the gasket (42) can be prevented, and, for example, an inspection operation, a cleaning operation and the like of an accommodated particulate matter removing filter (41) can be easily performed.

    摘要: The present invention is a processing apparatus comprising a transfer mechanism including at least one transfer plate, the transfer mechanism being configured to cause, when a substrate to be processed is placed on an upper surface of the transfer plate, the transfer plate to move while maintaining the substrate to be processed placed horizontally thereon. The transfer plate has a cantilevered support structure horizontally extending from a proximal end thereof to a distal end thereof in a fore and aft direction. An upper surface of the transfer plate is provided with a plurality of support projections configured to horizontally support the substrate to be processed at a substantially central position thereof and a rear position thereof in the fore and aft direction. The substrate to be processed is not supported on the distal portion of the transfer plate.

    摘要: An engine (8) is mounted to a vehicle body by means of vibration isolating mounts (8E), and a support member (15) is mounted to the engine (8). Vibration isolating members (20) are provided between this support member (15) and a mounting bracket (17) mounted to an exhaust gas treatment device (16). Accordingly, even in cases where the engine (8) has generated high-frequency vibrations, these vibrations can be damped by the vibration isolating mounts (8E) and the vibration isolating members (20). In consequence, treatment members constituting the exhaust gas treatment device (16), such as a catalyst, a filter, and a sensor, can be protected from the vibrations of the engine (8). In addition, as the exhaust gas treatment device (16) is provided with the mounting bracket (17), the vibration isolating members (20) can be reliably mounted to the exhaust gas treatment device (16) by means of the mounting bracket (17).

    摘要: An hydraulic excavator is provided with an exhaust gas treatment apparatus in an exhaust pipe for effecting the purification treatment of exhaust gas including capturing the particulate matter in the exhaust gas. A space provided for mounting and removing a filter accommodating cylinder (31) is formed between the upstream cylinder (22) and the downstream cylinder (27). In particular, upwardly inclined connecting surfaces (23E and 28E) are provided on flange portions of upstream and downstream cylinders (22 and 27), respectively, and downwardly inclined connecting surfaces (32F and 32G) are provided on upstream side flange portions of filter accommodating cylinder (31). In consequence, a substantially V-shaped insertion space (S) which is gradually enlarged from a lower side to an upper side can be formed between the upstream cylinder (22) and the downstream cylinder (27).

The liquid reducing agent tank 40 is arranged upstream of the plural heat exchangers as viewed in a flowing direction of the cooling airflow.
