    摘要: The present invention provides a novel fluorine-containing rubber composite material having both of excellent fuel impermeability and excellent cold resistance, a fuel impermeable sealing material comprising the composite material and a process for preparing the composite material. The fluorine-containing rubber composite material comprises crosslinked particles of fluorine-containing silicone rubber dispersed in a fluorine-containing rubber. It is preferable that the fluorine-containing rubber comprises a vinylidene fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro vinyl ether copolymer, and the composite material has cold resistance of not more than −35° C. and fuel permeability of not more than 500 g·mm/m2·day. The fuel impermeable sealing material comprises the composite material. The process for preparing the composite material comprises a step for co-coagulation of a fluorine-containing rubber emulsion and an emulsion of crosslinked fluorine-containing silicone rubber.

    摘要: Spherical crosslinked organic particles exhibit a good dispersibility in thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins, paints, coatings, cosmetics, rubbers, and toners and carriers employed in electrostatic development. Highly efficient methods for preparing these crosslinked organic particles are provided. Suspensions of crosslinked organic particles have excellent handling properties, and are highly blendable with other components. Highly efficient methods for preparing these suspensions are also provided. The spherical crosslinked organic particles have an average particle size of 0.1-500 &mgr;m, and can be prepared by emulsifying in water using an emulsifying agent, a fluid composition containing (A) an organic compound that has at least 2 aliphatically unsaturated bonds in each molecule, (B) a silicon-containing organic compound that has at least 2 silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in each molecule, (C) an hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, crosslinking the fluid composition by carrying out an hydrosilylation reaction, and thereafter removing water.

This provides pleasant sensations of touch with the fingers and skin, improved rubbing properties, and sensation in their use. The method of manufacturing the cosmetic products has a high efficiency. The cosmetic raw material is made from a silicone oil emulsion containing crosslinked silicone particles having an average diameter of 0.05-100 &mgr;m which are contained in silicone oil drops having an average diameter of 0.1-500 &mgr;m, the drops in turn being dispersed in water. The diameter of the crosslinked silicone particles is less than the diameter of the silicone oil drops.

    摘要: A highly productive process for preparing cured silicone powder having a uniform particle size, in which a platinum-alkenylsilozane complex catalyst is added to a water-based dispersion of a silicone composition. The silicone composition is (i) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in each molecule, and (ii) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in each molecule. The catalyst is added and dispersed in the form of liquid particles with an average particle size in volumetric particle size distribution in water of no more than one micron.
