    摘要: A reciprocating piston type compressor for compressing refrigerant gas includes a cylinder block with a plurality of parallel cylinder bores arranged around the longitudinal axis of the cylinder block, the cylinder bores having bore ends as discharge ports of the same diameter as that of the cylinder bores, a plurality of pistons slidably provided within the cylinder bores for reciprocating between the top and bottom dead centers, the inner surface of the cylinder bores and the end faces of the piston defining compression chambers, housing means sealingly mounted to the either ends of the cylinder block, the housing means including at least a discharge chamber into which the compressed refrigerant gas is discharged from the compression chambers through the bore ends, a drive shaft for driving compressing motion of the reciprocating pistons within the cylinder bores, the drive shaft extending along the longitudinal axis of the compressor, and valve members for closing the bore ends of the cylinder bores, the valve members being movable in the axial direction between a closed position where the valve members close the bore ends, and an open position where the valve members are away from the bore ends.

    摘要: A piston-reciprocating type compressor has a disk mounted on a rotary drive shaft and operably coupled to a piston. The piston compresses refrigerant gas in a cylinder bore with a compressive force according a cooling load. A retaining chamber formed in the vicinity of an end of the drive shaft. A partition is housed in the retaining chamber. Two recesses are formed with the opposite sides of the partition in the moveable manner. The compressed gas is supplied to the recesses under pressure in proportion to the cooling load. A thrust bearing which connects with the partition supports an end of the drive shaft. The drive that is biased in the direction counter to a thrust load acting on the drive shaft.

    摘要: A reciprocating compressor includes double headed pistons forming front and rear sets of compression chambers on either side thereof and a pair of tapered rotary valves arranged for introducing a coolant gas into the compression chambers. The valves are urged into contact with valve chambers by springs and a drive shaft is urged in one axial direction by a prestress mechanism. The valve urging force for one rotary valve is different from the valve urging force for the other rotary valve, so that the rotary valves operate at different times and over different distances and the movements of the rotary valves are controlled to move the drive shaft in the same axial direction as the direction of the prestress mechanism.

    摘要: A rotary valve is supported on a rotary shaft for an integral rotation. The rotary valve has a suction passage and a discharge passage. The suction passage connects a cylinder bore with a suction chamber according to the rotation of the rotary valve when a piston is in the suction stroke. The discharge passage connects the cylinder bore with a discharge chamber according to the rotation of the rotary valve when the piston is in the discharge stroke. The discharge passage includes a first passage and a second passage. The second passage communicates with the cylinder bore after the first passage has communicated with the cylinder bore after the first passage has communicated with the cylinder bore according to the rotation of the rotary valve. A discharge valve is mounted on the rotary valve. The discharge valve selectively opens and closes the first passage according to the difference between the pressures in the cylinder bore and in the discharge chamber.

    摘要: A piston type compressor is disclosed, which includes pistons disposed in bores of a cylinder block, to be reciprocated by a piston driving mechanism in cooperation with a drive shaft. A valve receiving chamber is formed around the drive shaft in the cylinder block, for receiving a rotary valve to rotate together with the drive shaft. The rotary valve has a suction passage formed therein for providing gases from a gas suction chamber to a compression chamber defined in each bore. A plurality of communication passages are formed in the cylinder block in association with the compression chambers, to provide gas communication between the compression chambers and the valve's suction passage. A bypass passage is formed on the rotary valve, and permits one communication passage, associated with one of the compression chambers which is at a final stage of a compression stroke, to communicate with another communication passage, associated with another compression chamber which is at a start stage of the compression stroke. The compressor further includes a device, provided on an outer surface of each piston, for catching gas axially leaking along the outer surface of the piston. The gas catching device guides gas, caught by the gas catching device at the final stage of the compression stroke, to the communication passage corresponding to its associated compression chamber.

    摘要: Predetermined voltage is applied to a liquid crystal lens by a liquid crystal lens driver. Image signals are generated based on an optical image passed through the liquid crystal lens during transient response operation caused by application of the predetermined voltage, and plural focus signals are extracted by sampling the image signals at predetermined cycles. Levels of the extracted autofocus signals are compared to determine the maximum value of the autofocus signal. Thus, with the liquid crystal lens, by making use of the transient response operation of the liquid crystal lens, a focus point can be detected in sufficient speed.
