摘要： A piezoelectric device has a piezoelectric vibration element mounted in a package wherein the piezoelectric vibration element comprises two stick-like vibration legs; a central leg provided between the two vibration legs; a coupling portion that couples one end of each of the two vibration legs and one end of the central leg; and a protrusion portion that is coupled to another end of the central leg, has a predetermined angle, neither 0 nor 180 degrees, to the length direction of the central leg, and extends into a direction not interfering with the driving legs. In making the piezoelectric device smaller and thinner, this configuration avoids interference between a support point on the central leg, provided for supporting the vibration element, and conductive electrodes, improves insulation between the conductive electrodes, and reduces the generation of short-circuits between the conductive electrodes.

The oscillator device according to the present invention includes an oscillator having a vibrating prong and a base portion with a first reference portion, a package, a mounting base with a second reference portion provided inside the package, and a bonding material for fixing the oscillator to the mounting base by aligning the first reference portion with the second reference portion by utilizing a self-alignment effect occurring due to surface tension.

摘要： An amplification device for amplifying suction noise of a vehicle is disclosed herein. An embodiment of the amplification device comprises an intake duct, a connecting pipe, an elastic membrane member and a contact member. The intake duct feeds air into an engine inlet port. A connecting pipe is connected to an interior of the intake duct. The elastic membrane member blocks a passageway inside of the contacting pipe. The contact member is connected to the connecting pipe and includes at least one portion that is adapted to selectively contact a surface of the elastic membrane member that faces the intake duct.

摘要： A heat treatment apparatus includes a support sheet placed on an upper surface of a heat-treating plate. The support sheet has, formed on an upper surface thereof, projections for contacting and supporting a substrate, and a lip for contacting edge regions of the substrate. The support sheet is formed by an etching process, and therefore areas of the sheet around the projections are recessed, rather than being perforated as in the case of laser processing. These heat-treating plate and support sheet constitute a substrate support structure capable of supporting the substrate properly.

摘要： A key recovery condition encryption apparatus includes a hashing unit, a first concatenating unit, and a condition information encryption unit. The hashing unit calculates a hash value on the basis of a hash function using a key recovery information text serving as information necessary for performing key recovery. The first concatenating unit concatenates the hash value from the hashing unit to the key recovery condition. The condition information encryption unit encrypts a concatenating result from the first concatenating unit by using a first encryption key. Also is disclosed a key recovery condition decryption apparatus for decrypting the encrypted data from the above encryption apparatus.

摘要： A key recovery information distribution device is provided between a recoverer device and a key recovery device, recovers a data key for the recoverer device, and reduces the load of the recoverer device. Data is encrypted using the data key and stored with key recovery information. The recoverer device which decrypts the encrypted data distributes the key recovery information to key recovery devices through the key recovery information distribution device to recover key information. A recoverer is authenticated directly between the key recovery device and the recoverer device, and then the key information is transmitted to the recoverer device, and the recoverer device recovers the data key.
