The server draws a window and decoration thereof into a virtual VRAM, calculates the difference in the drawn data, performs a first decode process as a pre-process, adds drawing position information to intermediate data obtained in the first decode process, and transmits moving picture stream data to the terminal equipment. The terminal equipment effects a second decode process used as a post-process on received data, and draws and displays the so-process data in accordance with the drawing position information.
