摘要: A technique is provided, wherein any influence, which would be otherwise exerted on a reaction of an objective substance caused by a reagent enzyme by an interfering substance contained in a specimen, is suppressed in relation to an electrochemical sensor for measuring the objective substance contained in the specimen. A sensor comprises a substrate; a detecting unit which is provided on the substrate and which detects an objective substance; a filter which covers the detecting unit, which permits permeation of the objective substance on one hand, and which regulates permeation of an interfering substance contained in a sample on the other hand; and removing unit which removes the interfering substance adhered to the filter.

摘要: A sample collection implement S1 includes a container 1 having an accommodation portion 10 in which a liquid 5 for suspending or diluting a sample is accommodated, a sample collection stick 2 being able to be disposed in the accommodation portion 10, a filter 3 provided inside the container 1, and a movable member 4 that can be moved in a predetermined direction inside the container 1 and has a function of pushing the liquid 5 and causing the liquid to pass through the filter 3, when moved in the predetermined direction. With such a configuration, when the liquid 5 is filtered, it is not necessary to move the filter 3 by directly pushing it and a filter with a low mechanical strength can be used as the filter 3. In addition, it is not necessary to use a centrifugal apparatus.

摘要: A sample analysis tool that has a simple structure and is capable of carrying out a blood cell separation of high hematocrit blood with a high separation ability is provided. The sample analysis tool according to the present invention includes a blood cell separation layer including a lateral flow filtration filter layer. For example, a sample analysis tool 1 in which a reagent layer 17 is formed on a substrate 11. The blood cell separation layer is stacked on the reagent layer 17. A part or a whole of an upper surface of the blood cell separation layer serves as a blood sample supplying portion. A part or a whole of a-lower surface of the reagent layer 17 serves as a measuring portion. The blood sample supplied from the supplying portion is separated into blood cells and plasma by the blood cell separation layer. The plasma is introduced into the reagent layer 17, and a component in the plasma is measured in the measuring portion is formed to have a structure in which the blood cell separation layer includes a lateral flow filtration filter layer 13a. The blood sample introduced into the lateral flow filtration filter layer 13a is subjected to a blood cell separation while moving in a lateral flow direction.
