摘要： An air discharge unit (100) for underfloor air conditioning employs a centripetal fan (2) to realize low pressure loss, low noise and energy saving while reducing the heightwise thickness of the whole unit. The centripetal fan (2) is installed in an underfloor chamber (104) formed between a floor panel (103) and a floor slab to face an outlet (1) provided in the floor panel 103, and is driven by a motor (4). The centripetal fan (2) has a hub (200) and a plurality of blades (20) formed on an outer surface of the hub (200), and sucks therein an air in the underfloor chamber (104) from radially outward direction to make the air spirally flow toward the outlet (1) generally in an axial direction.

If the network assumes an undesirable state, the request determining unit causes a multiplex output unit to stop multiplexing data. When the network assumes a desirable state, the multiplex unit starts multiplexing the data again. A video encoding unit and an audio encoding unit keep encoding data, whether the multiplex output unit is multiplexing data or not. When the area occupied by encoded data in an encoded-video-data storage unit and the area occupied by encoded data in an encoded-audio-data storage unit exceed a predetermined value, the encoding units stop encoding data, and wait until the area occupied by encoded data sufficiently decreases.

摘要： A multiplexing system (10) is provided which includes a plurality of encoders (12-15) which generates elementary streams, respectively, CPU (16), multiplexer (17), instruction memory (18), and a data memory (19) which stores a plurality of elementary data to be multiplexed. Each of the encoders (12-15) divides elementary data into units, and stores the data into the data memory (19). The CPU (16) generates, for each of the data units, instruction data having stated therein a storage location in the data memory (19) and stores the instruction data into the instruction memory (18). The multiplexer (17) reads the instruction data one by one from the instruction memory (18), and reads data units stated in the instruction data sequentially from the data memory (19), for generation of a multiplexed stream. Thus, the burden of processing to the controller can be lessened.
