    摘要: An electric power steering apparatus comprises a charge-discharge circuit capable of configuring a circuit for charging an auxiliary power supply and a circuit for discharging a battery and the auxiliary power supply as well as configuring a discharge-preference circuit which enables only the discharge of the auxiliary power supply while avoiding the charge thereof. In the apparatus, a control circuit performs a power latch operation of carrying on control till the end of a predetermined period of time following an operation of turning off an ignition key, and also causes the charge-discharge circuit to configure the discharge-preference circuit thereby enabling steering assist accompanied by the discharge of the auxiliary power supply.

    摘要: A torque detector (16) is provided with first and second units (38, 39). The first unit (38) includes a first synthetic resin (40) formed by molding a pair of magnetic flux collector rings (34A, 34B). The second unit (39) includes a second synthetic resin (41) fixed to a magnetic shield plate (37B) containing a metal; an insertion protruding part (44) arranged on the synthetic resin (41); and magnetic sensors (35A, 35B) held by the insertion protruding part (44). The first synthetic resin (40) includes a receiving plate (38a) whereupon a base (38e) for receiving the magnetic shield plate (37B) is formed. In a status where the receiving plate (38a) exists between the magnetic shield plate (37B) and an object (30) to be attached, both the magnetic shield plate (37B) and the receiving plate (38a) are fastened to the object (30) by a pair of fixing screws (32).

    摘要: A connector with a terminal withdrawal stopper superior in durability whereby temporary engagement is possible even if the terminal withdrawal stopper is repeatedly inserted and withdrawn. Windows are formed in the outermost plug pieces of the terminal withdrawal stopper. Projections for engagement with the rim of the window are provided at the inside surface of the two side walls of the housing. The engagement of the projections and the rims of the windows holds the engagement of the terminal withdrawal stopper. When inserting or withdrawing the terminal withdrawal stopper, since the plug pieces easily elastically deform, no unreasonable force is applied and breakage seldom occurs.
