摘要： An apparatus is provided for obtaining a compact and inexpensive motor for controller integrated electric power steering apparatus capable of reducing a component for connection and the number of man-hours of assembly, and an electric power steering apparatus. A driving substrate having a power element is arranged in the side of a speed reduction mechanism of the inside of a case of a controller and a control substrate for controlling driving of the driving substrate is arranged in the side of a motor of the inside of the case and a resolver and a lead frame having connection wiring are arranged between a motor shaft direction of the control substrate and the driving substrate and an input-output terminal of the resolver is electrically connected to the control substrate. It is placed substantially coaxially in order of a motor, the controller and a speed reduction mechanism in the motor shaft direction.

摘要： A motor for an electric power steering apparatus can ensure an appropriate preload to an outer race of a rolling element bearing by adjusting the thickness of a spacer without replacement of a wave washer for a change in an axial dimension between a bottom surface of a bearing box and the bearing. The motor includes a rotor, a casing that receives the rotor and has the bearing box in which the bearing rotatably supporting a shaft of the rotor is received, an annular wave washer that is arranged between the bottom surface of the bearing box and the bearing, and applies a preload to the outer race of the bearing, and an annular spacer that is arranged between the bottom surface of the bearing box and the bearing so as to be in abutment with the wave washer for adjusting the preload applied to the outer race.

摘要： A stator core is formed into a cylindrical shape, 3n teeth are disposed at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction where n is a positive integer, and slots are formed between adjacent pairs of the teeth so as to open onto an inner circumferential side. A stator coil is installed as a concentrated winding in the stator core. A rotor is rotatably disposed inside the stator and 2n permanent magnets are disposed at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral portion of a shaft. The stator core is constructed such that a slot opening (d) and a slot pitch (p) at an inner circumferential surface of the stator core satisfy an expression 0.1≦d/p≦0.3.

摘要： A rotary electric machine is provided in which the press-fit load of a stator magnetic pole to a frame is stabilized, thus stabilizing the performance of the rotary electric machine, and that has high anti-corrosiveness and anti-rusty sealing property and is inexpensive. Particularly a rotary electric machine suitable for a motor for motor power steering apparatus is provided. In a rotary electric machine having a stator magnetic pole press-fitted and fixed on an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical frame made of a steel plate and having a rotor arranged via a gap to an inner circumferential side of the stator magnetic pole, the frame is formed by pressing a surface-treated steel plate having a plating layer of aluminum, magnesium, silicon, and zinc for the remaining part formed on a surface of the steel plate, into a cylindrical shape.

摘要： An electro-hydraulic power steering apparatus in which a control device, a motor and a pump are integrated. The apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing, a control device surrounded by the first and second housings, a motor disposed on a side of the first housing and a pump disposed on a side of the second housing. The motor includes a rotor, a stator and a frame. The rotor has a first bearing supported by the first housing. The frame includes an inner circumferential face into which a stator core is press fitted and receives a second bearing of the rotor. The frame is secured to the first housing by a first clamp screw. The first housing and the second housing are secured by a second clamp screw. The first and second clamp screws are tightened from the hand of the frame.
