摘要: A method of forming, on a strip-shaped laminate of multiple reinforcing fiber sheets superimposed one upon another, two flexures with respect to the cross-section configuration thereof, wherein in the forming of the two flexures with the use of two flexure forming dies independent from each other, respectively, the two flexure forming dies are arranged so that the relative distance of the two flexure forming dies is changeable in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped laminate. This method can be effectively utilized in the production of a reinforcing fiber molding with changing of the distance between the two flexures namely, width of web portion or gauge between two flange portions from the strip-shaped laminate, or the production of fiber reinforced resin (FRP) molding therefrom.

摘要: A first amplifier circuit having a high frequency characteristic and a second amplifier circuit having a low frequency characteristic have first and second input terminals, respectively. The first and second amplifier circuits have first and second feedback resistors for self-bias and first and second switching elements capable of interrupting outputs of the amplifier circuits, respectively. Between the first and second input terminals, a third switching element is connected. A device for controlling on and off of the switching elements is provided in order that according to a signal input to the first and second input terminals, the signal is transmitted to either the first amplifier circuit or the second amplifier circuit. As a result, irrespective of whether the front end has one output terminal or two output terminals, the input circuit can be connected to the PLL synthesizer IC as it is by connecting the output to the first input terminal or to the two input terminals.

摘要: A metal wiring is fabricated for a semiconductor device by fabricating an metal layer made of, a aluminum alloy on a semiconductor substrate through an insulation layer and an undercoating layer for the metal layer, optically patterning a resist layer for producing a resist pattern, radiating ultraviolet rays onto the resist pattern for curing the resist pattern so that the resist pattern becomes a cured resist pattern, etching the metal layer with reactive gas including chlorine by using the cured resist pattern as a mask so as to produce a metal wiring under the cured resist pattern and ashing the cured resist pattern by down flow ashing of oxygen gas including hydrogen and/or hydrogen monoxide, producing the metal wiring to the semiconductor device, wherein the curing by radiation with ultraviolet rays reduces the amount of decomposed polymer on the pattern resist, and therefore on the metal wiring, which would otherwise have formed as a result of this down flow ashing with oxygen.
