摘要: The outer surface of a rolling element (3) of a rolling bearing is coated with a lubricating film (4) having three layers (5, 6, 7). The bottommost layer (5) coated on the surface of the rolling element (3) is made of Sn; the intermediate layer (6) coated on the surface of the bottommost layer (5) is made of Ag; and the topmost layer (7) coated on the surface of the intermediate layer (6) is made of Pb. As a result of this construction, Ag serves as a binder between the Pb-Sn alloy and steel constituting an inner race member (1), an outer race member (2) and/or the rolling element (3), which in turn renders the lubricating film (4) wettable with respect to the surfaces of the inner and outer race members (1, 2) defining a race and the outer surface of the rolling element (3). Hence, stable lubrication between the bearing components can be implemented.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to improve sealing performance of a seal under a specific environment. The seal is arranged in an annular space A in which a rotary shaft 1 and a housing 2 face each other, and partitions the annular space in axial direction into a vacuum space B and an atmospheric pressure space C. The seal is constituted such that a main lip 6 of the seal has an axial contact width W0 with which the main lip slides on and contacts with the rotary shaft 1 and which is set to be equal to or larger than an axial contact width W1 necessary to secure minimum sealing performance with respect to a sealed portion and equal to or smaller than an axial contact width W2 with which sliding resistance against the rotary shaft becomes a permissible upper limit, to thereby prevent the axial contact width W0 from influencing rotation characteristics with respect to the rotary member and to allow securing required sealing performance.

摘要: A substrate inspection system is formed with an inspection device associated with a reflow process at the end of a series of production processes for substrates, image collectors each associated with a different one of the production processes upstream to the reflow process and an image display device for receiving images from the inspection device and the image collector and displaying the received images. The inspection device inspects a specified number of substrates to obtain measured values and calculates a margin for each component with respect to a specified reference value and transmits to the image collectors and the image display device the component code of the component with a small margin value. The image collectors save the image corresponding to the component code from the inspection device. The image display device receives images of the component corresponding to the component code from the inspection device and the image collectors and display images of the same component and the same substrate at each process.

摘要: According to this dynamic pressure groove processing method, dynamic pressure grooves are formed in specified regions by electrochemical machining with the electrode of an electrode tool put close to a workpiece in the initial stage. Through this electrochemical machining, corners of land portions adjacent to the dynamic pressure grooves can be curved and smoothed. Next, by subjecting the workpiece to electrochemical machining with the electrode of the electrode tool put away from the workpiece, the land portions are to undergo weak electrochemical machining. Surface roughness of surfaces of the land portions can be reduced, and the curved corners of the land portions can be made smoother at the same time. Therefore, the abrasion resistance characteristic of the dynamic pressure grooves can be improved further than that achieved by the conventional electrochemical machining, allowing the abrasion resistance characteristic and reliability to be sufficiently improved.

摘要: After a CAD data and a parts library are combined to produce an inspection data, the set data for the inspection window is automatically corrected using the image of a bare board for a board to be inspected. In this correcting process, an inspection window based on the aforementioned inspection data is set on a bare board image, and then an image in the inspection window W4 making up a reference for setting other windows is binarized, and lands 35 on this binary image are detected. Further, on the basis of the detection result, the set position and size of land windows W1 for solder inspection are corrected, after which the set positions of other inspection windows W2 to W4 are corrected.

摘要: Reference data for automatically inspecting shapes of fillets formed on a substrate are set to an inspection device that illuminates the substrate from specified directions to generate an image. For each type of components mounted to the substrate, a database is prepared, registering sets of reference data corresponding to different fillet shapes in correlation with heights of solder for forming fillets having these shapes. After components to be an object of inspection are identified, specified steps are carried out on each of these components, including the step of obtaining data on the height of solder for forming the fillet related to a land for which a target area for inspection has been set and reading out reference data corresponding to the data obtained from the reference data registered in the database.

摘要: When a component is replaced or replenished in a predetermined feeder, mounters 3A and 3B refer to mount data in accordance with the feeder number for the feeder and read out the mounting position of the replaced or replenished component. The mounting position data is transmitted to a substrate inspecting apparatus 5 together with the substrate identification code of a substrate first processed after reel replacement. When the substrate corresponding to the substrate identification code is supplied, the substrate inspecting apparatus 5 refers to substrate inspection data in accordance with the mounting position data, specifies a component to be inspected, and executes the mounting error inspection according to character-string recognition for the specified component. When a mounting error is detected in this inspection, the substrate inspecting apparatus 5 transmits no-good determination to the mounters 3A and 3B receiving information.
