    摘要： A sealing structure in which free-cutting spacers on a sealing base plate and sealing fins on a rotor are opposed to each other is provided. The sealing base plate is disposed so as to be movable in an axial direction of the rotor. When a steam turbine increases in load, a pressure head moves in an axial steam-pressure loading direction of the rotor and the sealing base plate connected to the pressure head moves in the axial steam-pressure loading direction. Since the free-cutting spacers at positions opposed to those of the sealing fins existing after the movement of the sealing base plate are maintained in a non-contact state, clearances between the sealing fins and the free-cutting spacers are dimensionally minimized.

    摘要： Requestors acquire tokens before issuing access requests to a memory controller. The access requests issued are accumulated in a command queue of the memory controller. When the amount of access requests accumulated in the command queue is smaller than or equal to a first threshold, or in level 0, tokens are generated at a rate equivalent to 200% of a bus bandwidth. If the amount of accumulation is greater than the first threshold and is smaller than or equal to a second threshold, i.e., in level 1, tokens are generated at a rate equivalent to the bus bandwidth. If the amount of accumulation exceeds the second threshold, the token generation is stopped.

Thus, the piece of the lane data that satisfies the display condition is set as the display target, and the lane list is displayed based on the piece of the lane data that has been set as the display target. Consequently, the size of the lane list can be prevented from becoming too large.
