    摘要： A drying mold 1 for a pulp molded article has a first mold member 10, a second mold member 20, and a third mold member 30. The first mold member 10 has a drying portion 12 and first passageways 13a and 13b connecting the drying portion 12 to an exterior surface of the first mold member 10. The second mold member 20 has a prescribed heating means and is disposed in contact with the exterior surface of the third mold member 30. The third mold member 30 is disposed in contact with the exterior surface of the first mold member 10. The drying mold 1 is designed to form second passageways 2a and 2b between the first and the third mold members when the first and the third mold members are disposed in contact with each other. The passageways 2a and 2b connect the first passageways 13a and 13b to the outside of the drying mold 1.

    摘要： A method of producing pulp moldings having a paper-making process comprising the steps of assembling split mold halves (11, 12) having suction passageways (14) to form a paper-making mold (10), feeding pulp slurry of predetermined set feed concentration into the cavity (13) in the paper-making mold (10), and sucking the pulp slurry through the suction passageways (14) to form a pulp layer (15) on the inner surface of the paper-making mold (10), wherein the concentration of the pulp slurry in the cavity (13) in the initial and/or final period of formation of the pulp layer (15) in the paper-making process is lower than the above-mentioned set feed concentration of the pulp slurry.

    摘要： There is provided a position sensing apparatus when a non-orbital movable truck moves over a spherical surface, a cylindrical surface, or a flat surface, which is capable of position sensing even when, e.g., the non-orbital movable truck circumferentially moves over the spherical surface or the cylindrical surface to be hidden from the position sensing apparatus. A second linear encoder is disposed which includes a wire in a main body thereof to output an amount by which the wire is withdrawn as an encoder value. The tip of the wire of the second linear encoder is fixed to a position at the non-orbital movable truck to which the tip of the wire of a linear encoder is fixed. From an amount by which the wire of the linear encoder is withdrawn and the amount by which the wire of the second linear encoder is withdrawn, the position of the non-orbital movable truck is calculated in a calculation device.
