摘要: A first module calculates a failure occurrence risk index of each data storage area address. A second module calculates a power saving index of each data storage area address. A third module calculates an access speed index per unit data volume necessary to access each data storage area address. A fourth module generates a distribution table that represents the failure occurrence risk index, the power saving index, and the access speed index for each candidate address, with respect to data to be distributed. A fifth module selects a candidate address in the distribution table such that the power saving index and the access speed index meet restricting conditions and the failure occurrence risk index is minimized, and distributes the data to the candidate address.

摘要: There is provided a data collecting apparatus in which a collector collects, from demanders, demand record data and demand forecast data of the energy; a data history manager; a reliability level calculator calculates, for each demander, a reliability level of the demand forecast data; a supply plan data receiver receives an acquisition request of demand forecast data of a future predetermined time range with respect to each demander from an energy management system; and a data acquisition plan maker makes a collection plan such that the demand forecast data of the future predetermined time range and the demand record data are collected earlier from a demander with a higher reliability level, wherein the data collector collects according to the collection plan, and the data history manager provides the collected demand forecast data to the energy management system before a start time of the future predetermined time range.

摘要: A green power demand management device includes: a power meter which receives power from a power distribution system with a plurality of power generating units, and supplies a received power to a first appliance; a receiver which receives energy mixture information showing a power generation proportion among each power generating unit, a measuring unit which measures electric energy consumed by the first appliance, a setting unit which sets a first threshold, and an operating state control manager which uses an intensity conversion table including emission intensities each representing an amount of an environmental load material emitted by each power generating unit, obtains a second threshold by dividing the first threshold by sum total of the emission intensity of each power generating unit weighted by the proportion, and controls the first appliance so that electric energy consumption of the first appliance is equal to or smaller than the second threshold.

摘要: A first predicting unit predicts a power demand required by each customer. A first reliability value calculator calculates the reliability value of the predictive power demand for each customer. Predicted power supply from a power system is calculated with respect to each power generating unit. A second reliability value calculator calculates the reliability value of the predictive power supply for each power generating unit. A balancing unit obtains a supply-demand margin level based on the difference between: a first weighted sum obtained by performing weighted sum on the predictive power demand and a weight depending on the reliability value; and a second weighted sum obtained by performing weighted sum on the predictive power supply and a weight depending on the reliability value. A plan creator creates a plan for controlling power used by the controllable appliance of the customer based on the supply-demand margin level.
