The carbon emission tracker includes a main body, a power input interface, a power output interface, a power detecting unit, a communication unit, a memory unit, and a processing unit. The power detecting unit is configured to detect an electricity usage of an electrical appliance. The processing unit is configured to aggregate power consumption data over a time period and to store the power consumption data for the time period to the memory unit. The processing unit transmits the power consumption data of the memory unit to a data center through the communication unit. The power consumption data further includes identification data of the electrical appliance.

    摘要: A device for measuring power consumption and performance relative to the environment of a power-consuming unit is disclosed. The device includes a data introduction module, a keyboard for inputting data of waste production in the power-consuming unit, a computing device, and a display screen. The computing device receives the data from the data introduction module and the keyboard. The computing device is also provided with a processor that includes a calculation algorithm of an ecological parameter indicative of the performance relative to the environment of the power-consuming unit. The ecological parameter is calculated as an adjusted mean of the sum of the deviations of each power consumption value with respect to a reference value.

The method includes associating the set of energy usage measurements with values for temperature for an area where the building is located. The method includes generating a correction factor for the historical energy usage baseline based on a comparison of the set of energy usage measurements with a portion of the historical energy usage baseline corresponding to the values for temperature associated with the set of energy usage measurements. The method includes generating an adjusted energy usage baseline by applying the correction factor to the historical energy usage baseline.

    摘要: A system and method for evaluating, measuring and verifying energy consumption at a facility requires initially establishing a benchmark at the facility based on price-point variations for energy costs, set by the regional ISO. The benchmark is established by measuring the facility's Energy Consumption Level (ECL) over a 30-day period, while no conservation efforts are being taken. To obtain an incentive award, a target value Energy Saving Factor (ESF) is identified relative to the benchmark. Energy conservation efforts are then implemented to control the ECL of the facility in response to price-point variations. When the target value ESF is maintained for a predetermined time, an incentive award is warranted and, once verified, can be given immediately.

    摘要: A server manages consumption of power supplied by at least one electric utility to multiple power consuming devices. Power flow to the consuming devices is enabled and disabled by controllable devices controlled by one or more client devices. The server includes a command processor, event manager, database, and client device manager. The command processor receives commands from the utility and issues event messages responsive thereto. The event manager maintains a power management status for each client device and issues event instructions responsive to event messages. The database stores information relating to power consumed by the consuming devices. The client device manager selects from the database, responsive to receipt of a power reduction event instruction, at least one client device to which to issue a message indicating a power reduction amount and/or identification of at least one controllable device to be instructed to disable power flow to associated consuming devices.
