摘要: A resin molten in a pot portion 59 is molded by being loaded via a gate 48 into a cavity, which has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in plan view and is formed of both molds 1 and 2, which are a second mold 2 and a first mold 1 that can make or release contact with the second mold 2. The pot portion 59 is provided at either one of the molds 1 and 2 and constituted of recess portions 54c located at prescribed intervals at the cavity. The recess portions 54c have a bottom surface constituted of part of a moving member 60 movable toward an opening portion. The gate 48 is structured so that one side of the cavity and the long side of the pot portion 59 are connected with each other.

摘要: An image forming apparatus include an image bearing member, a developing container receiving a developer, a developer carrying member for carrying and conveying the developer, a developer feed member for supplying the developer to the developer carrying member, a detection device for detecting an amount of developer in the developing container by detecting an electrostatic capacitance between the developer carrying member and the developer feed member, and a control device for changing a rotational speed of the developer feed member into a plurality of speeds corresponding to the plurality of image forming speeds. The control unit controls the rotational speed of the developer feed member prior to the execution of a detection operation of the detection device so as to be faster than the slowest speed of said plurality of speeds.

摘要: A printer of the needle or hammer impact type prints by release of spring-stored energy, driving the needle or hammer against a platen or character ring. A rotating cam restores the printing member to a locked standby condition after impact, and an electromagnet attracts a moveable core to allow release of the printing member at selected times for printing. The gap between the moveable and fixed cores of the electromagnet is periodically closed mechanically and electrical energization of the electromagnet only maintains the attracted state of the fixed and moveable cores.

摘要: A small-sized printer having print characters circumferentially disposed around a plurality of print rings rotating by a motor on a common shaft, includes a detector comprised of an integrated circuit board rotating on the same shaft. The rotating circuit board incorporates conductive foil contacts which are sensed during rotation by fixed brushes, thereby providing a series of pulses indicative of the rotational position of the shaft and of the print characters which are in position for printing. An auxiliary signal, generated by additional contacts on the rotating circuit board, indicate positions between the print characters on the print rings. Logic circuitry combines the actual position pulses with the auxiliary signals to output converted position pulses which are free of noise and irregularities in waveform normally associated with brush contact switches. These converted pulses provide accurate timing as is required for the print cycle. A motor stop signal is also provided.
