摘要: Coherent wave noise energy is removed from seismic data by modeling both the P-wave primary energy and the coherent wave noise energy. The P-wave primary energy is modeled first and then subtracted from the input data. The data with the P-wave primary energy removed is used as the input for coherent wave energy removal. The coherent wave energy is modeled and subtracted from the original input data, i.e. the data input into P-wave primary removal. This leaves a dataset with P-wave primary energy and noise energy not related to coherent waves. This method can be utilized to remove all types of coherent noise with a velocity difference to the desired P-wave primary energy or with a different type of moveout (change of time of arrival with source-receiver distance) such as, for example, linear moveout.

摘要: A management system for virtual applications may deploy sets of virtual applications to many client devices by defining and distributing policies. The polices may define which client devices and/or users may permitted to access a virtual application from a server and how the virtual application may be used. A client device may include a virtual application management client that may communicate with a management server to retrieve and implement the policies. The management client may add or remove virtual applications to the client device based on a policy received from the management server. In some embodiments, policies may also be distributed and implemented on a virtual application server.

摘要: A beverage container having a slidably openable lid assembly is disclosed. The lid assembly basically comprises a base member and a cover member. The base member includes a wall portion releasably securing the lid assembly to the container and an opening in fluid communication with a beverage holding chamber in the container. The cover member is slidably coupled to the base member to slide from a closed position to an open position and vice versa. When the cover member is in the closed position it isolates the opening and the contiguous portions of the base member from the ambient surroundings. When the cover member is in the open position it exposes the opening to enable a user to drink the beverage via the opening. The cover includes an elastomeric member arranged to engage and seal the opening in the base member when the cover member is in the closed position.

The male portion of the buckle is shaped to mate with the female portion simply and easily, yet securely attaches the side portion of the carrier to the front/strap portion of the carrier. The buckle is robust, yet easy to use and does not easily disengage without a deliberate movement by the wearer thereof. The ventilation features provide comfort to the child carried in the carrier as well as the wearer thereof and are comprised of a ventilation panel that may be open, releasably closed, or accessed through a slit.

摘要: A portable beverage container (e.g., an insulated, double-walled bottle) is disclosed. The container includes a lid pivotably connected to it by a hinge. The lid is arranged to be automatically pivoted open by the spring assembly when a catch on the lid is released so that the lid opens in a controlled, non-jarring manner. The spring assembly comprises an elastomeric member and a contact surface (e.g., a recess in a cap of the bottle). The elastomeric member is arranged to cooperate with the contact surface whereupon the elastomeric member operates bi-modally to effect the automatic opening of the lid.

摘要: A child harness comprising: (a) a crotch support coupled to a frame, the crotch support adapted to provide a seat for a child and distribute the child's weight to the frame; and (b) an active restraint coupled to the frame and responsive to the movement of the child secured therein, the active restraint including a leg strap adapted to engage a leg of the child and a shoulder strap adapted to engage a shoulder of the child, where the leg strap is operatively coupled to the shoulder strap, and where movement of one of the leg's or shoulder's of the child to engage the leg strap or shoulder strap restraining that portion of the child's body operates to increase tension on the corresponding shoulder strap or leg strap on the same side of the child's body. The invention provides an action-reaction harness system as well as a method of accommodating a child's range of movements without compromising the integrity of the harness.
