摘要:
Provided is a method for detecting an antigen in a sample, the method including: bringing an unlabeled polypeptide and a labeled polypeptide into contact with an antigen in a sample, the unlabeled polypeptide being one of a pair including a VH-region polypeptide and a VL-region polypeptide which are separate and capable of cooperatively recognizing the antigen, and the labeled polypeptide being the other of the pair including the separate VH-region polypeptide and the VL-region polypeptide and being labeled with an environmentally-responsive substance at a site where the environmentally-responsive substance does not inhibit binding of the antigen, and detecting a change in the environmentally-responsive substance caused by a change in the environment around the labeled polypeptide after the contact. Also provided is an antibody fragment polypeptide set including the unlabeled polypeptide and the labeled polypeptide.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple and efficient means capable of evaluating the VH/VL interaction without expressing/purifying VH and VL. The present invention provides a recombinant vector comprising: (i) a nucleotide sequence which can express a hetero-assembly composed of two types of fusion proteins wherein heavy chain variable region (VH) and light chain variable region (VL) of antibody are respectively fused with mutually associable first polypeptide and second polypeptide, by means of secretion, or in a form of a fusion protein tethered to a phage coat protein; and (ii) a restriction enzyme recognition sequence at two sites within, or in a vicinity of, a nucleotide sequence encoding said first polypeptide or second polypeptide.

A digital camera of the present invention includes a microcomputer 110 having a live view mode controlling so that image data generated by a CMOS sensor 133 or image data obtained by subjecting the image data generated by the CMOS sensor 133 to predetermined processing is displayed on a liquid crystal monitor 150 as a moving image in real time, wherein the microcomputer 110 controls so that, when the live view mode is set, the digital camera comes out of the live view mode, and setting information on the digital camera is displayed on the liquid crystal monitor 150, in accordance with the manipulation of the manipulation portion 140. Due to this configuration, in a digital camera that includes a movable mirror and is capable of displaying a subject image in a live view through an electronic viewfinder, the operability thereof can be enhanced.
摘要:
On a recording medium, data is recorded on at least one of a plurality of recording layers by laser light incident on a surface of the recording medium. The plurality of recording layers include a first recording layer, and second through N-th recording layers (N is an integer of 3 or greater) which are sequentially located in a direction from the first recording layer toward the surface on which the laser is incident. The plurality of recording layers each have a first calibration area and a second calibration area located outer to the first calibration area. The first calibration area located in each of the first through N-th recording layers is located at a different radial position from a radial position of the first calibration area in each of the other recording layers; and the second calibration area located in each of the first through N-th recording layers is located at the same radial position as a radial position of the second calibration area in each of the other recording layers.

A write-once recording medium is provided, which comprises a management information area for recording management information for managing a recorded state, and a user data area for recording user data. The user data area is configured to contain at least one recording area. At least one session is configured to contain at least one of the at least one recording area. The management information contains range information indicating a recording range of the at least one recording area and identification information for identifying the recording area located at a boundary of the session.

A control apparatus is provided for controlling an access means for accessing a recording medium containing at least one area so that the access means accesses the at least one area. The apparatus comprises a means for determining whether or not at least one first recorded area storing data is included in the at least one area, and a means for controlling the access means. When it is determined that the at least one first recorded area is included in the at least one area, the control means controls the access means based on a result of accessing the at least one first recorded area.

A digital camera of the present invention includes a CMOS sensor that captures a subject image formed by an interchangeable lens to generate image data, a liquid crystal monitor that displays the generated image data, and a microcomputer having a live view mode that controls so that the generated image data is displayed as a moving image in real time on the liquid crystal monitor, and a burst mode that generates a plurality of image data with a single image pickup operation, wherein the microcomputer controls so that, in a live view mode, every time image data is generated in a burst mode, the generated image data is displayed on the liquid crystal monitor. Consequently, the generated image data is displayed on the liquid crystal monitor every time image data is generated in the burst mode, whereby the ease of use can be enhanced.

A digital camera in which a recording portion made up of a microcomputer 110 and a card slot 153 performs predetermined processing on image data generated by a CMOS sensor 130 so that the image data takes on the aspect ratio accepted via an operation portion 140 while in live view mode, or performs predetermined processing on the image data generated by the CMOS sensor 130 so that the image data takes on the aspect ratio of an optical viewfinder while in viewfinder mode. The image data is then stored in a memory card 300. Through this configuration, it is possible to provide a digital camera in which an image of a composition that suits the user's intent can be recorded, as well as in which the image can be recorded having an aspect ratio that the user desires, selected from among a plurality of aspect ratios.
