When detecting that it becomes the time before the error rate measuring period from the flow distribution starting time, the reception quality of radio terminals in the communication area of the base station (100) is measured. A base station (100-b) where the reception quality exceeds the threshold redundantly transmits multicast data assigned to a plurality of radio resources (800-b1, 800-b3, 800-b5). A base station (100-a) where the reception quality does not exceed the threshold transmits multicast data assigned to a single radio resource (800-a1).

    摘要: A translation word learning scheme for a machine translation capable of learning translation words for each lexical rule separately and easily. In this scheme, a translation word for each original word is obtained by a machine translation using a translation dictionary storing headwords in the first language, a plurality of lexical rules for each headword, and at least one candidate translation word in the second language corresponding to each lexical rule. Then, a change of a translation word from that obtained by the machine translation to another translation word specified by a user is learned by registering a learning data indicating a headword, a top candidate translation word corresponding to a lexical rule applied in translating this headword, and the specified translation word. This specified translation word is used in subsequent translations only when an original word and a top candidate translation word for this original word obtained by the machine translation coincide with the headword and the top candidate translation word indicated in the learning data.

    摘要: A continuous form printer is provided with two rotary encoders, corresponding to different paper feed intervals, and mounted coaxially on a drive shaft. The drive shaft drives a tractor for feeding the paper. The rotary encoders are read by photo-interruptor sensors, and the sensor signals are selected by a selector. The selector is able to select either one of the sensor signals generated by the encoders, or a signal formed by performing an AND operation on the two sensor signals. A controller controls a motor driving the drive shaft according to the selected signal, the selected signal corresponding to a chosen feeding interval. The controller is further able to precisely adjust the leading edge of the paper to a predetermined position based on the selected sensor signal, a known paper length, and a paper top sensor.
