    摘要: The lowest voltage value among the open circuit voltages at cells constituting a battery pack is set as a capacity adjustment target value. Each cell is discharged over the length of time corresponding to the deviation of its open circuit voltage from the capacity adjustment target value. The voltage at a cell manifesting a voltage reduction that is larger than those at a majority of remaining cells but is still within the normal range is set closer to the level of the voltages at the majority of remaining cells over time. If, on the other hand, an open circuit voltage is lowered to an extent exceeding a first threshold value, from the range set by the cell error decision-making reference value ascertained by averaging the cell voltages excluding the highest voltage value and the lowest voltage value, then the decision is made that an abnormal voltage reduction has occurred.

Each charge conversion device and charge storage device represent a pixel in an image and are read by a thin film transistor. A thin film diode is connected to each charge storage device to discharge excessive stored voltage. The thin film diode has a Metal-Insulator-Metal (MIM structure), a Metal Semi-Insulator (MSI structure), or a Back-to-Back (BTB structure).

    摘要: A ground detection apparatus for electric automobile having a high-voltage DC power supply (31) which is electrically insulated from a body and a three-phase AC motor (33) which is driven by a DC voltage from the high-voltage DC power supply. A ground detection signal consisting of a square waveform is supplied to the DC power supply circuit through a detection resistor and a coupling capacitor, a voltage amplitude of a ground detection point serving as a connection point between the detection resistor (3) and the coupling capacitor (4) is detected, the detected voltage amplitude is converted into an insulation resistance on the basis of the relationship between a preset voltage amplitude and a preset insulation resistance, and levels of insulation resistance deterioration of the high-voltage DC power supply are detected by comparing the converted insulation resistance with a preset ground decision threshold value.
