摘要: A blood test device using a laser as a puncture member. More specifically, in a blood test device using a laser as a puncture member, the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising the punctured skin under negative pressure, and thus the skin is brought into close contact with a blood sensor and the laser is focused on the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type in which the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.

摘要: A piercing device and a blood inspection device that have increased safety. The piercing device (111) has a piercing button (113) placed on the front surface of a first case (112a), a base (114) being a piecing opening provided projecting from the front surface of the first case (112a), and a laser emission device (115) received in the first case (112a). First safety means (117) prevents emission of a laser beam (115a) to the outside when the first case (112a) and a second case (112b) are superposed on each other. When the base (114) is depressed after the second case (112b) is moved from the superposed state where the second case (112b) is superposed on the first case (112a) to a non-superposed state where the second case (112b) is not, a switch (114b) detects the depression of the base (114) and second safety means (118) to enable depression of the piercing button (113).

摘要: A puncturing apparatus includes a housing having a first case and a second case, the housing configured to move at least one of the first case and the second case so that the cases are in an overlapping state in which the first case and the second case overlap one another or a non-overlapping state. A puncturer is housed in the housing and a puncture starting mechanism, having a puncturing button, is configured to activate the puncturer. A first safety section is configured to prevent at least one of the puncturing opening and the puncturing button from being exposed, by placing the first case and the second case in the overlapping state, and a second safety section is configured to disable operation of the puncture starting mechanism in the non-overlapping state of the first case and the second case.

摘要: A blood test device using a laser as a puncture means. More specifically, it is intended to provide a blood test device using a laser as a puncture means by which the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising up the punctured skin under negative pressure and thus bringing it into close contact with a blood sensor and in which the laser is focused into the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type whereby the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.

摘要: A blood test device (21) ensuring successful measurement wherein fingers scarcely slip out from the blood test device and blood never sticks to other sites in the course from the puncture of the patient's skin to the completion of the blood test. This blood test device (21) comprises a cartridge (24) in which sensors (23) pooling blood oozing out from the punctured skin are stored in a layered state, a transport unit transporting a single sensor sheet (23) from the inside of the cartridge (24) to the outside, a holder (25) holding the transported sensor (23), a laser emitting unit (26) puncturing the skin in the state where the sensor (23) is held by the holder (25), and a pump (28) keeping the inside of the holder (25) and the inside of the cartridge (24) under negative pressure.

A laser unit (200) of a measurement device (100) is equipped with a lens barrel (210), a laser rod (220) disposed inside the lens barrel (210), a flash lamp (230) which is disposed opposite the laser rod (220) inside the lens barrel (210) and in which an inert gas is sealed inside a hard glass tube (231), and supports (241, 242, 243, 244), which are made from a material with thermal conductivity of 100 W/(mK) or more, at least parts of which are disposed outside of the lens barrel (210), and which support the circumferential surface of the hard glass tube (231) in a housing.

摘要: A blood test device by which the amount of plumped skin at a puncture site for conducting a blood test or collecting blood can be controlled so that a blood component can be accurately measured. The blood test device includes: a housing; an inner tube provided in one side of the housing; a reciprocating unit which reciprocates within the inner tube; a blood collection needle connected to the reciprocating unit; a blood sensor facing to the blood collection needle and being located at the tip of the inner tube; a measurement circuit to which a signal is fed from the blood sensor; and a negative pressure unit driven by the measurement circuit. An outer tube, that is a tube covering the inner tube, has an opening in the tip side of the inner tube, is capable of moving relative to the inner tube, and is provided so as to return to a definite relative position. The negative pressure provider can apply a negative pressure to the inside of the outer tube.
