摘要: The present invention directed to instant-prepared fried noodle and aimed to reduce an amount of fats and oils therein and realize those with favorable texture and taste with the simple method without depending on any special device. Dough is prepared by adding 0.3-0.6 weight by percent in total of sodium carbonate and/or potassium carbonate to raw noodle flour like wheat flour, then adding edible acid substance thereto to adjust dough pH to 7.5-8.5, and kneading them with brine water. The dough so produced is rolled, cut, steamed, then seasoning solution or water is absorbed into noodle strings so made and the noodle strings are dried by frying them with oil of 130 ° C.-160° C. Thereby, an amount of fats and oils in the instant-prepared fried noodle bricks can be reduced without generating any scorching damage in the noodle strings.

摘要: A control method for controlling a switching power supply circuit has a control circuit including a setting device that limits the exciting current of a transformer at the time of changeover from a switching delay to a switching period. The setting value set by the setting device is changed slowly to prevent the exciting current of transformer from changing rapidly and to reduce the excitation noise of transformer, and the setting value is changed gradually to prevent the output voltage from lowering even when the load becomes heavier than a certain value during the light load operation. The control method facilitates reducing the electric power consumption of the switching power supply circuit under a light load, reducing the transformer excitation noise and preventing the output voltage from lowering when the load is light.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes: an active matrix substrate; a counter substrate; a liquid crystal layer interposed between the substrates; and a plurality of pixels each composed of a reflection section that performs display in a reflection mode and a transmission section that performs display in a transmission mode. The active matrix substrate is provided with a reflecting electrode for applying voltage to the liquid crystal layer in the reflection section and a transparent electrode electrically connected with the reflecting electrode for applying voltage to the liquid crystal layer in the transmission section. The counter substrate is provided with a common electrode that faces the active matrix substrate. The liquid crystal display device further includes an electrode covering film that approximates the voltage applied to the liquid crystal layer in the reflection section to the voltage applied to the transmission section.

摘要: A catalyst of a water insoluble vanadyl sulfate or a complex catalyst, in which a specific oxide and a specific sulfate are combined to the water insoluble vanadyl sulfate are excellent not only in their activity, durability and SO2 resistance, not only in substantially no oxidization of SO2 to SO3 as in HCl resistant. Therefore, using this catalyst, a decomposition treatment of an organic halide(s) can be carried out with high efficiency and good stability. In particular, a efficient decomposition treatment of an organic halides(s) can be carried out also in the cases that dust is coexist; the gas to be treated contains SOX or HCl; or they generate in the decomposition area.

摘要: In a process for the electrolytic production of magnesium by the molten salt electrolysis of magnesium chloride using a molten salt cell bath comprised mainly of one or more salts selected from alkali metal chlorides and alkaline earth metal chlorides, the molten salt bath is enriched with magnesium chloride by suspending a magnesium oxide and/or magnesium carbonate powder to form a molten suspension and passing a chlorine-containing gas through the molten suspension at a temperature of 600.degree.-900.degree. C. so as to react the suspended powder with chlorine to form magnesium chloride. The resulting molten salt enriched with magnesium chloride can be directly introduced into the cell for electrolysis, thereby eliminating moisture absorption by the highly hygroscopic magnesium chloride. A pure magnesium can be produced with a high yield and improved current efficiency.

摘要: A door frame cleaner for coke ovens in which a supporting frame is mounted on a main frame, which is movable toward or away from a door frame, in such a way that the supporting frame can be moved laterally relative to the main frame in parallel therewith; a vertically reciprocable frame is mounted on the supporting frame at the front side thereof remote from the main frame; at least one pair of L-shaped levers are horizontally pivotably mounted on the vertically reciprocable frame; a front surface scraper is mounted on an outwardly extended arm of each L-shaped lever while an inner surface scraper, on the forwardly extended arm thereof; and a bias spring is so loaded that the forwardly extended arms of the L-shaped levers are normally moved toward each other, whereby even when there exist some misalignments between the scrapers on the one hand and the door frame on the other hand as the main frame is advanced, the supporting frame is so moved that the scrapers are automatically aligned with the door frame and when the front surface scrapers are engaged with their corresponding surfaces as the main frame is further advanced, the L-shaped levers are swung outwardly against the bias spring so that the inner scrapers are caused to press against their corresponding surfaces.
