摘要:
An antenna apparatus includes a base member that has an antenna unit and a loop pattern. The loop pattern is wound in such a manner that a magnetic field of the loop pattern is generated along the same direction as that of the antenna unit. Additionally, the loop pattern is formed by a plurality of loops connected parallel to each other.

An object of the present invention is to provide an embossed crepe paper which can clearly be formed into fine embossed shapes, and is excellent in the fluffy feel and therefore excellent in such as absorbency for fats. As a means of achieving this object, the method for manufacturing an embossed crepe paper, according to the present invention, is a method for manufacturing an embossed crepe paper comprising a step of embossing a raw crepe paper, wherein: a raw paper having a basis weight of 6 to 28 g/m2 is used as the raw crepe paper; and the embossing step includes the steps of: (a) supplying the raw crepe paper with water in an amount of 0.1 to 100 weight % based on the basis weight to thereby put the raw crepe paper in a wet condition; (b) embossing the wet-conditioned raw crepe paper; and (c) drying the embossed wet-conditioned raw crepe paper.

A water-disintegrable paper which can be used in the same way as the ordinary toilet paper and shows excellent water disintegrability, wiping out property, feel, and moisture retaining property is provided, the water-disintegrable paper comprising: a water-disintegrable body paper; one or more components selected from glycerol, diglycerol, polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight in a desired range, sorbitol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycine betaine, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt, maltitol, and sodium lactate, as a humectant; and one or more components selected from sodium carboxymethylcellulose, a starch, a denatured starch, guar gum polyvinyl alcohol, and polyacrylamide, as a dry paper strength additive. The water-disintegrable paper further comprises either polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight in a desired range or an oil substance, or both the polyethylene glycol and the oil substance in addition to the above-mentioned components. The water-disintegrable paper can be produced with a low cost, does not need any special package or wrapping and shows no decrease in the paper strength.

In a ring transmission path, a synchronous multiplexing technique using pointer control is employed. To stabilize pointer values, at least one node is set as a master node. At the master node, the amount of delay by which to delay transmit data is made variable in order to place the transmit data in a fixed position in a transmitted frame regardless of its position in a received frame. At other nodes, the position of the transmit data in the transmitted frame is made variable in order to delay the transmit data by a fixed amount of delay. When the master node is bypassed because of a failure of the master node, etc., the adjacent node downstream detects that state and switches, automatically, to a master node.

A plurality of pixel portions (12) are formed on a silicon substrate (11). A photoelectric converter portion (10) constituting each of the pixel portions (12) is electrically isolated by an element isolation portion (13) comprising an insulating film formed on the silicon substrate (11). The photoelectric converter portion (10) partitioned by the element isolation portion (13) is so formed that a crystal orientation of the sides in contact with the element isolation portion (13) corresponds to a direction. This makes it possible to reduce dark current caused by stress in the vicinity of the interface of the element isolation portion (13) and maintain high sensitivity even if the pixel portions (12) are made smaller in size.

A transistor model for a simulator simulates a resistance between a source region and a drain region with a model equation which has terms representing resistance values corresponding respectively to areas of mutually different impurity concentrations below a gate section in simulating characteristics of a transistor. At least two of the terms each having a threshold parameter indicating a voltage at which a semiconductor element composed of the associated region and regions adjacent to that region changes from an ON state to an OFF state. The threshold parameters of the terms being specified independently from each other. Thus, the characteristics of a transistor having a set of areas of mutually different impurity concentrations below a gate section, inclusive of subthreshold regions which are difficult to evaluate through actual measurement, can be simulated to high accuracy while preserving a good fit with a capacitance model.

The moisturized nonwoven fabric of the invention contains 1% or more of a water-soluble component to a weight of a pre-moisturized nonwoven fabric and an increase ratio of an equilibrium moisture regain (equilibrium water content) is 0.5% or more as compared with an equilibrium moisture regain of the moisturized nonwoven fabric after the water-soluble component is removed. Therefore, this moisturized nonwoven fabric is excellent in use feel such as skin touch and wiping property and functionalities such as water absorption property and water retention property. Further, this moisturized nonwoven fabric is excellent in functionalities such as moisturizing liquid transferring capability and skin moisturizing effect.
