    摘要: A method for producing a seamless metallic belt without a welded line and capable of being easily produced in high accuracy. A seamless belt material 21 having a defined length as a whole is placed on a core 11 and is held in a stretching state on the core 11 thermally expanded by heating, and further, in the above state, an outer circumference of the belt material 21 is cut to a predetermined thickness. The seamless metallic belt 20 is obtained by removing after the core 11 is cooled.

    摘要: A multi-layer structure roller is a muti-layer structure composed of a tubular-shaped metal-made outer cylinder section located at the outer-most position, a tubular-shaped metal-made middle cylinder section located on the inside of the outer cylinder section, and an tubular-shaped metal-made inner cylinder section located on the inside of the middle cylinder section, in which coefficient of linear expansion of the middle cylinder section is greater than the coefficient of linear expansion of the outer cylinder section, the outer cylinder section and the middle cylinder section are coupled by using the difference in heat-expansion caused by heating both cylinder sections in the state sandwiching an elastic body between both cylinder sections to be laminated, tapers are respectively provided at the inner circumference of the middle cylinder section and the outer circumference of the inner cylinder section to fit the taper of the middle cylinder section, certainly coupled with the outer cylinder section to sandwich the elastic body by expanding with heating, the taper of the inner cylinder section, being in the cooling shrinking state or the room-temperature state, and further, the middle cylinder section and the inner cylinder section are combined in the fitted state of the tapers with prevention from shrinkage caused when the middle cylinder section is changed to the room-temperature. The middle cylinder section can be attached onto the outer circumference surface with an elastic body.

    摘要: A method for producing a thermoplastic resin sheet or film, wherein a raw resin material containing one or more of the following additives: a nucleating agent, fine powder of a high melting point polymer, a petroleum resin, a terpene resin and an organic peroxide (and/or a crystalline polypropylenic copolymer) is melted under heat to form a resin sheet or film, the resulting resin sheet or film is brought into contact with and adhered to the outer surface of a cooling roll having a mirror-finished surface or the outer surface of an endless metal belt having a mirror-finished surface and then it is moved along with the roll or the belt, thereafter it is inserted, pressed and cooled between the outer surface of the cooling roll and the outer surface of the endless metal belt. The non-oriented sheet or film thus produced has a high surface gloss, a high surface smoothness and a high transparency and is suitable for wrapping foods and medicines.

    摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet bearing an embossed pattern, which employs a manufacturing apparatus having a first roll having an elastic material coated surface, a mirror-faced metal, endless belt, which is wound around the first roll and a second roll, and a third roll so provided that the metal, endless belt is wrapped partially around the third roll, which contacts the first roll via the metal, endless belt and which has an embossed pattern formed on one surface. According to this method, the thermoplastic resin sheet, partially melted, is fed between the metal, endless belt, which contacts the first roll, and the third roll. The elastic member is elastically deformed by application of a pressing force between the first and the third roll, while face pressure welding the thermoplastic sheet by using the first and the third rolls to transfer the embossed pattern and to cool the thermoplastic resin sheet. A surface temperature for the third roll of from 0° C. to (resin's Tg +20)°C. is maintained when the thermoplastic resin sheet is formed of an amorphous resin, and a surface temperature for the third roll of 0° C. to (resin's m.p. −30)°C. is maintained when the thermoplastic resin sheet is formed of a crystalline resin. Subsequently, face pressure welding of the thermoplastic resin sheet is performed by using the metal, endless belt relative to the third roll.
