The transverse displacement of the hook end is controlled by a slidable guiding of the locking hook.

The locking mechanism is restrictedly coupled by transmission devices to the locking device of the forward roof part on the windshield cross member.     摘要: The invention relates to a lock, especially for automotive doors or flaps, comprising a rotary latch (20) with which a closing element (13) engages when the door is closed and which pivots the rotary latch (20) from an open position via a pre-latch position to a main latch position. The lock further comprises a catch (30) which, in a pre-latch position, engages with a pre-stop notch provided on the rotary latch (20), and in a main latch position engages with a main stop notch provided on the rotary latch (20). An actuating element (40) acts upon the catch (30) in the manner of a power-driven opening assistance. An actuating surface (44) which radially enlarges in the direction of rotation (42) effects the lifting of the latch (30) in a simple manner. A loaded lever on the lock prevents the catch (30) from re-engaging with the rotary latch (20) once the catch (30) is disengaged, in case the rotary latch (20) does not pivot to the open position due to a load. The inventive lock is inexpensive to produce and very reliable due to its simple design.

    摘要: A panel cover assembly is provided for a forward area of a frame opening of a top storage compartment into which, when the rear lid is open, a folding top with a fixed rear end can be folded inward. A cover panel serves as a parcel shelf when the top is closed, which cover panel is displaced rearward when the top is opened. Side flaps are arranged with mirror symmetry and articulated to ends of the cover panel. Mechanical forced control of the folding motion of the side flaps is provided as a function of the position of the cover panel that is displaceable in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle. The side flaps are constantly urged by springs in an upwardly folded direction and are each foldable downwardly and backwardly into their covering positions by a tensioning cable that is secured to the forward end by displacement of the cover panel rearward into its covering position. A deflecting guide structure for the corresponding tensioning cable fastened to the side flap at its rear end being provided on the lateral end areas of the cover panel.
