    摘要: A sensor line for detecting an external influence on a cable is described. The sensor line comprises: a first electrically conductive wire, which is enclosed in at least a first sub-region by a first dielectric, and a second electrically conductive wire, which is enclosed in at least a second sub-region by a second dielectric. The sensor line is configured so that a property of the first dielectric is variable under the external influence in at least one region of the sensor line. The external influence is detectable due to a change in a property of the first electrically conductive wire caused by the change in the property of the first dielectric in the at least one region of the sensor line.

    摘要: The invention relates to an adapter device (10, 110, 210) for positioning at least one conductor (68), such as a conductor pair, for example, of a cable (70) to be measured, which adapter device comprises a receiving device (12) and a holding clamp (14) which can be attached to the receiving device (12). Attaching the holding clamp (14) to the receiving device (12) fixes the holding clamp (14) in position and alignment relative to the receiving device (12). The holding clamp (14) is designed to receive and clamp the at least one conductor (68) of the cable (70) to be measured in sections in order to fix said cable in the position and alignment thereof relative to the holding clamp (14), such that an end section of the at least one conductor (68) extends beyond the holding clamp (14).

The line includes a measurement line of a predetermined length which has a measuring conductor enclosed in an insulation with a known dielectric coefficient. An analog signal of defined frequency is generated and injected at a feed site. The signal is reflected at a predetermined reflection site and a resulting signal amplitude is measured at a defined measuring point. A measure for the ambient condition, particularly a temperature, is determined from the signal amplitude.

    摘要: A data cable for high-speed data transmission at signal frequencies of >10 GHz includes at least one core pair which is surrounded by a film-shaped pair shield having an inner shielding film and an outer shielding film which, are in electrical contact with one another and in which the inner shielding film is wound around the core pair. By virtue of this measure, an undesired resonance effect is avoided which, in previously wound pair shields, has not allowed use for relatively high signal frequencies. At the same time, an undesired common-mode signal, which would occur in the case of a longitudinally folded shielding film, is thus suppressed.
