摘要: An interconnect board (ICB) assembly suitable for a battery module of horizontal stack structure including unidirectional battery cells stacked with cell leads facing each other includes an ICB frame in which cell leads of unidirectional battery cells are configured to be received such that the unidirectional battery cells having the cell leads at one end are configured to be placed facing each other with the cell leads facing each other, and busbars formed in the ICB frame and configured to be electrically connected to the cell leads, wherein the ICB frame is configured to be connected to another ICB frame with a hinge structure in a lengthwise direction of the ICB frame. A battery module including the ICB assembly and a method for fabricating the battery module are also provided.

摘要: A pouch type secondary battery in which an electrode lead of the pouch type secondary battery and an electrode lead of an adjacent different pouch type secondary battery are welded together to construct a battery module is provided. The electrode lead of the pouch type secondary battery includes a length extended part so that, after cutting a welded part of the electrode leads of the pouch type secondary battery and the adjacent different pouch type secondary battery to form electrode leads of remaining length, the electrode leads of remaining length are welded together again. 摘要: A battery module includes a cell stack having a plurality of battery cells stacked in one direction, and an ICB assembly electrically connected to the plurality of battery cells to sense voltage information. The ICB assembly includes front and rear bus bar frames, a sensing member, and at least one bridge plate. The front and rear bus bar frames are assembled to respective front and rear sides of the cell stack, the front and rear bus bar frames each having a respective plurality of bus bars that are in contact with electrode leads of the battery cells. The sensing member has one side fixed to the front bus bar frame and the other side fixed to the rear bus bar frame; and the at least one bridge plate is connected to the front and rear bus bar frames to maintain a gap of a constant distance therebetween.
