摘要: The electrode assembly comprises a first electrode unit in which an electrode and a separator are alternately stacked and a second electrode unit in which an electrode and a separator are alternately stacked, the second electrode unit having a size less than that of the first electrode unit and being stacked on the first electrode unit, wherein a tab bonding body manufactured by connecting an electrode tab provided in the first electrode unit to an electrode tab provided in the second electrode unit is disposed within a range of a width of the second electrode unit, and a leading electrode tab to which an electrode lead is connected is disposed on a portion of the first electrode unit.

摘要: Provided is a resin article produced by melt processing and having layers formed by a layer-separation. having a layer-separated structure. The resin article may include a first resin layer and a second resin layer formed on the first resin layer. Also, the component of the first resin layer is detected on a surface of the second resin layer by infrared spectrometer. The resin article may have improved mechanical and surface characteristics. Further, since coating or plating is not required for manufacturing a resin article, a manufacturing time and/or cost can be reduced, and productivity can be increased.

摘要: Present disclosure relates to a variable jig which is a jig device to manufacture a battery cell in which an electrode assembly is embedded in a battery case made of a laminate sheet including a resin layer and a metal layer, including a die assembly having an inwardly recessed structure corresponding to a storage configured to mount the electrode assembly located on the laminate sheet or a portion to be molded as the storage; and a fixing die configured to fix an outer periphery of the sheet in a normal position, wherein the die assembly is configured to allow adjustment of at least one of a width or a length of the inward recess according to a size of the electrode assembly.
