Abstract: A light emitting display device can include a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area, a thin film transistor on the substrate, a first overcoating layer on the thin film transistor, an organic light emitting diode on the first overcoating layer and connected to the thin film transistor, an encapsulation unit on the organic light emitting diode, and a touch unit on the encapsulation unit. The touch unit can include an open area defined by a plurality of touch electrodes. The organic light emitting diode can include a first electrode, an emission layer and a second electrode. Further, a portion of the first electrode and a portion of a side mirror-shaped dummy first electrode separated from the first electrode can be disposed in the open area defined by the plurality of touch electrodes.

Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device includes a substrate configured to define a plurality of pixel areas, and a plurality of transmissive areas disposed between the plurality of pixel areas; a plurality of pixels disposed in the plurality of pixel areas and each including a plurality of sub pixels; light-emitting elements respectively disposed in the plurality of sub pixels and each including a first electrode; and a repair line disposed between a pair of adjacent sub pixels among the plurality of sub pixels, in which the light-emitting elements of the pair of sub pixels are disposed so that the first electrodes are directed toward the repair line. Therefore, the repair line may be formed to repair the plurality of sub pixels when the plurality of sub pixels is defective, thereby improving the yield of the display device.

Abstract: A display device is disclosed. An example display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate configured to define a plurality of pixel areas disposed to be spaced apart from each other. The device includes a plurality of transmissive areas disposed between the plurality of pixel areas. The device includes a plurality of pixels disposed in the plurality of pixel areas and each including a plurality of sub pixels. The device includes a plurality of repair lines disposed between the plurality of sub pixels and made of a transparent conductive material, in which the plurality of repair lines is disposed on the same layer and spaced apart from each other. Therefore, the repair lines, which are used to repair the plurality of sub pixels when the plurality of sub pixels is defective, may be formed as a single-layer structure made of a transparent conductive material.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes a first substrate having sub-pixel areas, each sub-pixel area having a light-emitting area and a non-light-emitting area; thin-film transistors respectively in non-light-emitting areas of the sub-pixel areas; a first planarization layer in the sub-pixel areas while covering the thin-film transistors; organic light-emitting elements on the first planarization layer and in light-emitting areas of the sub-pixel areas; a liquid crystal layer on the organic light-emitting elements and in the sub-pixel areas and in an area between the sub-pixel areas; and a second substrate on the liquid crystal layer. Liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer in the light-emitting areas are in a hybrid alignment. In the hybrid alignment, an alignment of the liquid crystal molecules gradually changes from a horizontal alignment to a vertical alignment. Liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer in the non-light-emitting areas are in a tilted alignment.
