    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric compressor comprising a main housing, a motor part disposed in the main housing and comprising a stator comprising a rotor accommodating portion and a rotor rotatably disposed in the rotor accommodating portion, a compression part rotatably connected to the motor part, and an inverter part electrically connected to the motor part. The motor part is disposed in a motor room formed inside the main housing, the stator comprises a plurality of insulating protrusions protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the stator, and the plurality of insulating protrusions is configured to be brought into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the motor room.

    Abstract: An electric compressor includes a main housing including a motor chamber. The motor chamber includes a driving motor. The compressor includes a frame fixed to one end of the main housing, a first scroll supported by one side surface of the frame, and a second scroll provided between the frame and the first scroll. The second scroll, supported by the frame, makes an orbiting motion upon receiving a rotational force from the driving motor. The second scroll also forms a compression chamber with the first scroll and a back pressure space with the frame. A rear cover coupled to the main housing forms a discharge space with the first scroll. A back pressure flow channel extends through the first scroll and the frame to guide a refrigerant and oil from the compression chamber to the discharge and back pressure spaces. The compressor also includes a plurality of decompression portions.

    Abstract: An electric compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll and making an orbiting motion to form a pair of two compression chambers with the first scroll. A rotary shaft is eccentrically coupled to the second scroll and is rotatably supported by a bearing member. A frame is fixed to an opposite side of the first scroll from the second scroll with the second scroll being interposed between the frame and the first scroll. The frame includes a bearing support portion, and the bearing member is inserted into and fixed to the bearing support member with an interference fit.
