    Abstract: A method for transmitting sensing information of an autonomous vehicle for remote driving in automated vehicle & highway systems includes: receiving information on a driving route of the autonomous vehicle from a server; acquiring sensing information of a surrounding environment; setting priority values of sensors for transmission of the sensing information on the basis of a driving direction determined by the information on the driving route; setting a value for a degree of danger of a sensed object on the basis of the sensing information; and setting a transmission period of the sensing information on the basis of the value for the degree of danger. Accordingly, sensing information required for a driving situation can be efficiently transmitted. Further, one or more an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal and a server of the present invention can be associated with an artificial intelligence module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device related to 5G service, and the like.

    Abstract: A vehicle control device includes: a communication unit; a sensing unit configured to sense information associated with a vehicle; an output unit including at least one of a display unit or an audio output unit; at least one processor; and a computer-readable medium coupled to the at least one processor having stored thereon instructions which causes the at least one processor to perform operations including: receiving, through the communication unit, first information associated with charging stations from a first external device and second information associated with a driver of the vehicle from a second external device different from the first external device; receiving, through the sensing unit, third information associated with the vehicle; generating fourth information associated with charging of the vehicle based on at least one of the first information, the second information, or third information; and outputting, through the communication unit or the output unit, the fourth information.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for wireless communication to and from a vehicle in an autonomous driving system. A method for wireless communication to and from a vehicle in an autonomous driving system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes receiving data on a communication environment map that includes position-dependent beam information, from a server and determining a direction of transmitted or received beam based on a driving path for the vehicle and the communication environment map; and performing data communication using the direction of transmitted or received beam. With this method, the time taken for beam selection can be reduced, and path loss can be reduced. An autonomous vehicle according to the present disclosure operates in cooperation with an artificial intelligence module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device relating to 5G, and the like.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic device for a vehicle and an operation method thereof. The electronic device, which performs transmission and reception of information with other vehicles through direction communication, includes an interface unit, and a processor for acquiring traveling environment information on a travel road through the interface unit, determining a first distance, which is an estimated arrival distance of a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication signal, based on the traveling environment information, calculating a first time, which is a time to prepare for danger defined by the first distance versus a speed of the vehicle, and generating a signal to control the speed of the vehicle, for secure of the time to prepare for danger. Data produced in the vehicle electronic device can be transmitted to an external device through a 5G communication system. The electronic device of an autonomous device of the present invention may be linked to or combined with an artificial intelligence module, a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, devices associated with virtual reality (VR) and 5G services, etc.
