    Abstract: A fan motor includes: a motor including a stator and a rotor, a motor housing accommodating the motor, a bearing case disposed at a lower portion of the motor housing, an impeller coupled to a rotary shaft of the motor, a vane structure disposed at a lower side of the impeller and configured to guide air, and a lead cable connector provided in the bearing case. The stator of the motor includes a core and a coil that is wound on the core, and the lead cable connector is connected to a lead cable of the coil of the stator.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor assembly comprising: a stator comprising a stator core having a plurality of teeth, a stator coil having a plurality of phase coils wound on the plurality of teeth, respectively, and an insulator interposed between the stator core and the stator coil for insulation of the stator coil; and a rotor which has a rotation shaft and is spaced apart from the stator with a space therebetween and is rotatably disposed, wherein each power line of the plurality of phase coils extends to one end of the stator core along the axial direction and each neutral line of the plurality of phase coils extends to the other end of the stator core, and the stator includes a connection ring which is formed of an electrical conductor and is disposed at the other end of the stator core to simultaneously connect the neutral lines of the plurality of phase coils. As a result, the power line and the neutral line of the stator coil are separately disposed at both ends of the stator core, and accordingly, the insulation distance between the power line and the neutral wire can be easily secured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a stator which prevents motor efficiency from deteriorating while increasing divided contact areas of divided teeth. According to the present disclosure, provided is a stator characterized by comprising a back yoke having a certain thickness in the radial direction, and divided teeth coupled to the back yoke, wherein: the back yoke includes recessed grooves into which the divided teeth fit; the divided teeth include a winding portion forming a section on which a coil is wound and a coupling portion extending from the winding portion and fitting into the grooves; and the length of the back yoke in the radial direction at the coupling portion is greater than half the thickness of the back yoke.

    Abstract: A brushless direct current (BLDC) motor is disclosed. The BLDC motor includes a shaft made of a nonmagnetic material, a plurality of magnets surrounding the outer circumference of the shaft, a stator surrounding the outer circumferences of the magnets, wherein each of the magnets has an arc-shaped outer circumferential surface, an arc-shaped inner circumferential surface facing the shaft, and opposite side surfaces facing other adjacent magnets, and the magnets include a first magnet magnetized in a direction directed from the outer circumferential surface to the inner circumferential surface, a second magnet magnetized in a direction directed from the inner circumferential surface to the outer circumferential surface, and a third magnet magnetized in a direction directed from one side surface to the other side surface. The efficiency of the motor is improved while eddy current loss is minimized.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an electric motor, a cleaner having same and an electric motor manufacturing method. The electric motor of the present invention comprises: a stator; and a rotor which is rotatable with respect to the stator.
