Abstract: Various embodiments relate to a motor in which a structure of an insulator is improved. The motor includes an insulator module coupled to a top face of a stator core. The insulator module includes: each power terminal unit connected to each of 3-phases power lead wires; a neutral terminal unit connected to a neutral point of a coil; and an insulator body for achieving insulations between the power and neutral terminal units and the stator core, and between the power and neutral terminal units, wherein the power terminal unit and the neutral terminal unit are positioned at different vertical levels.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fan motor comprising: a housing; a vane hub received in the housing; an insulator mounted inside the vane hub to insulate a stator comprising a stator core and a stator coil wound on the stator core; and a lower bracket coupled to the insulator, wherein a plurality of power line lead-out holes are formed in the lower bracket so as to allow a power line extending from the stator coil to pass therethrough, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the circumferential direction between the respective power line lead-out holes so as to allow air to be suctioned toward the stator. Accordingly, a flow channel of air to for cooling a stator can be formed inside a stator slot, and thus cooling of the stator can be facilitated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor assembly and a hair dryer having same. The motor assembly of the present invention comprises: an impeller; an outer housing and an inner housing arranged concentrically; a stator accommodated inside the inner housing; a rotor disposed inside the stator; a bearing supporting a rotary shaft of the rotor; a bracket having a bearing accommodating part in which the bearing is accommodated, and a plurality of bridges which are spaced apart from the outer surface of the bearing accommodating part in a circumferential direction thereof and protrude in an axial direction thereof so as to be coupled to the inner housing; and a vortex suppressing part blocking empty spaces between the plurality of bridges so that generation of air vortices can be suppressed. Thereby, it is possible to suppress vortex generation in a downstream region of the impeller, and flow loss caused by the vortex generation can be reduced.
