Abstract:
A method and apparatus for enhanced voice mail envelope information using enhanced calling name (eCNAM) and caller identity analytic functions in a wireless communication system is provided. A network determines to use a voice mail associated with a call based on a determination that the call is missed or rejected by a user equipment (UE) or a paging is unsuccessful, and stores enhanced calling name (eCNAM) related envelope information for the voice mail. The eCNAM related envelope information includes (i) a caller identity analytic data for the call, (ii) a caller identifier (ID) for the call, (iii) a trust level of the caller ID, and (iv) a time stamp for the voice mail. The network transmits, to the UE, the voice mail and the eCNAM related envelope information.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for a wireless communication device to process network ID information. The method may include the steps of: receiving network ID information about a first network; and displaying the name of the first network on a display of the wireless communication device on the basis of the network ID information and language setting information pertaining to the network name.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a packet, which is performed by a first wireless device in a wireless LAN system, according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a wake-up packet; transmitting a first response request packet for a main radio module of a second wireless device and a second response request packet for a wake-up radio (WUR) module of the second wireless device; determining whether to change a WUR address field of the wake-up packet on the basis of a response message to the first response request packet or the second response request packet; and changing the WUR address field when it is determined that the WUR address field of the wake-up packet should be changed.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method for establishing a connection between a terminal and a network entity in a wireless communication system including a Non-3GPP RAT. The method performed by a network entity comprises receiving, from the terminal, a first message including cell identification information indicating a last cell accessed by the terminal; running a first timer related to a paging when the network entity receives the first message; and transmitting a paging message to a cell corresponding to the cell identification information when the paging to the terminal is required before the running first timer expires.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method for receiving a warning message in a wireless communication system. The method performed by a terminal comprises receiving, from a base station, first control information indicating whether or not a use of a pre-defined string(PDS) set including one or more PDSs used for a Public Warning System(PWS) is enabled; receiving, from the base station, second control information associated with a configuration of the PDS set; receiving, from the base station, the warning message; and outputting an alarm information based on the received warning message.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods and apparatus for transmitting and receiving warning messages by using Vehicle to Everything (V2X) services. One of embodiments of the present invention is performed by a vehicle user equipment (VUE) and comprising steps of receiving a first Message transmission Guideline Package (MGP) message including geographical coordination information related with an MGP area and a value tag indicating time information for updating the MGP message; checking the value tag is changed or not; and transmitting a first warning message based on the first MGP message when the value tag is not expired; or transmitting a second warning message based on a second MGP message when the value tag is expired, wherein at least a transmission frequency or a transmission power for the second warning message are determined base on the second MGP message, and wherein the MGP area represents where MGP profiles are the same.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods and apparatus for displaying identifications of lost device for anti-theft operation. One of methods for displaying identifications of a mobile device for anti-theft operation in a wireless access system, the method comprises steps of receiving a paging message including a show lock screen command indicating whether a screen-lock is requested and a displaying identification indication requesting a display of device identification of the mobile device on a screen of the mobile device; and displaying the device identification on the locked screen according to the show lock screen command and the displaying identification indication.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for supporting an IOPS and notifying the IOPS status. In one aspect of the present invention, a method for supporting an Isolated E-UTRAN Operations for Public Safety (IOPS) in a wireless access system, the method performed by a User Equipment (UE) in a RRC connection mode and comprises steps of receiving a radio resource control (RRC) connection release message including a release cause field and an IOPS extended wait time field for restricting an initial access procedure; and releasing the RRC connection mode when the release cause field indicating an IOPS situation has been occurred, wherein the IOPS extended wait time field is configured to an Extended Wait Time (EWT) field indicating a time duration restricting the initial access procedure or to a Further Announcement field indicating the initial access procedure is restricted until a further announcement is received.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for an adaptive barring control for a Mobile Originating Short Message Service (MO-SMS). In one aspect of the present invention, a method for controlling an adaptive access class barring in a wireless access system, the method is performed by an enhanced Node-B (eNB) and comprises steps of estimating a SMS load, a MMTEL video load, and a MMTEL voice load on a cell of the eNB; generating a congestion level based on the MMTEL video load and the MMTEL voice load; determining an indication bit by comparing the SMS load with threshold values for the congestion level; and broadcasting an system information block (SIB) message including the indication bit. In this case, the indication bit indicates an open barring, a LessCongested or a MoreCongested to support the adaptive barring control.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for use in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of performing a ProSe communication by a UE in a cellular communication system and an apparatus therefore, in which the method comprises: receiving, from a BS, a first PDCCH signal including scheduling information and a CRC, wherein the CRC is masked with a ProSe-related ID; receiving, from the BS, a PDSCH signal using the scheduling information, wherein the PDSCH signal includes WLAN resources and information available for the ProSe communication; establishing a ProSe connection with a peer UE by using the WLAN resources and information; and exchanging WLAN radio signals with the peer UE in accordance with the ProSe connection, wherein the UE is configured to keep monitoring a second PDCCH signal during the WLAN radio signals are exchanged.
