Abstract: Discussed is a battery swelling inspection apparatus including a first plate configured in a plate shape; a second plate configured in a plate shape and located to face the first plate; a fixing frame configured such that a portion of the first plate and a portion of the second plate are fixedly coupled thereto; a plurality of pressure measuring elements fixedly coupled to the first plate, having a head located to face the second plate, and configured to measure a pressure applied to the head, respectively; and a plurality of pressing members configured to have a second surface in a flat shape so that the second surface faces the second plate and have a first surface that is at least partially attached to the head of each of the plurality of pressure measuring elements.

Abstract: A battery pack includes at least one battery cell, an optical fiber sensing unit including a plate-type detection unit made of optical fibers horizontally and vertically arranged in a grid form. The plate-type detection unit is deformed by deformation of the at least one battery cell, a photoresistor to collect light reflected from the optical fiber sensing unit, and a controller configured to determine if swelling occurred in the at least one battery cell based on a resistance value with a change in an amount of light collected by the photoresistor.

Abstract: A shunt resistor module, which includes a shunt resistor having a resistor unit having a predetermined resistance, plate-shaped terminal units respectively configured to extend at both sides of the resistor unit, and a voltage measurement lead pin configured to protrude perpendicular to the terminal unit and having an end portion bent to be parallel to the terminal unit, and a PCB substrate having an assembly guide portion formed to be cut inward by a predetermined depth from an outermost side thereof. The voltage measurement lead pin is fit into the assembly guide portion so that the resistor unit and the terminal unit are placed on a front surface of the PCB substrate and the end portion of the voltage measurement lead pin is caught at a rear surface of the PCB substrate.
