Abstract: An integrated battery using an airflow sensor for control comprises an outer casing, a cell and a PCBA. The cell and the PCBA are both arranged in the outer casing, and the PCBA is electrically connected with the cell. The PCBA is provided with a positive plate, a negative plate and an airflow sensor. The outer casing is provided with an air inlet. The airflow sensor is arranged on the battery to control discharge of the cell, such that the battery can be used together with some atomizers to realize instant atomization when users inhale, and the waste of atomizing liquid is avoided.

Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device are. In some embodiments, the battery cell includes: a shell, where the shell includes a wall; and a pressure relief mechanism, where the pressure relief mechanism is disposed on the wall, the pressure relief mechanism includes a body portion and a fragile portion connected to the body portion, the body portion is configured to connect to the wall, and the pressure relief mechanism is configured to break the fragile portion when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, so as to release the pressure. The pressure relief mechanism further includes a reinforcement portion disposed in the body portion in a thickness direction of the body portion. The reinforcement portion is configured to reduce deformation of the body portion.

Abstract: A battery cell includes a housing and a pressure relief mechanism. The housing is provided with a first through hole and the pressure relief mechanism covers the first through hole. The pressure relief mechanism includes an adhesive film, and the adhesive film can be heated and melted to form a pressure relief channel connecting the inside and outside of the housing. The pressure relief mechanism has good thermal sensitivity, allowing for highly reliable pressure relief, thus improving the safety of the battery cell. In addition, as compared with the pressure relief mechanism with engraved grooves, no large space needs to be reserved in some embodiments, allowing for a more compacted structure of the electric apparatus and lower preparation costs of the pressure relief mechanism.

The first and second inorganic plates are positioned such that the second through-holes are deviated from the first through-holes to prevent an inside of the housing from being viewed from an outside of the housing through the second through-holes.

A length direction of the cell is arranged along the first direction of the battery pack, and the plurality of cells are arranged along the second direction of the battery pack. Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a battery module having a housing and a stack of battery cells disposed in the housing. Each battery cell has a battery cell terminal and a battery cell vent on an end of each battery cell, and the battery cell vent is configured to exhaust effluent into the housing. The battery module has a vent shield plate disposed in the housing and directly along an immediate vent path of the effluent, a first surface of the vent shield plate configured to direct the effluent to an opening between the shield plate and the housing, and a second surface of the vent shield plate opposite the first surface. The battery module also has a venting chamber coupled to the opening and at least partially defined by the second surface and a vent configured to direct the effluent out of the battery module.
