    摘要: An Adaptive Channel Selection (ACS) system is disclosed. A computing device uses wireless docking to provide a separate monitor and full-size input devices. The computing device requests docking, receives data wirelessly from the full-size input devices, and provides compressed video display data wirelessly for display on the separate monitor. An adaptive docking adapter receives and decodes compressed video display data and provides the decoded compressed video display data to a separate monitor for display. A wireless connection is disposed between the computing device and the adaptive docking adapter to provide wireless transmission of signals between the computing device and the adaptive docking adapter.

    摘要: A computer system may comprise a receiver to perform equalization. The receiver comprises an equalizer. The equalizer may determine locations of a principal tap, a platform noise tap, and a pre-cursor tap in a feedforward path of an equalizer. Also, the equalizer may determine locations of a post-cursor tap, a cross-term tap, and a portable tap in a feedback path of the equalizer. The receiver may align the portable tap in the feedback path with the principal tap in the feedforward path. The platform noise tap may cancel the effect of platform noise on a principal located at the principal tap, thus enabling the computer system to operate effectively in severe platform noise environment. Also, the computer system may operate in statics and portable environment in which platform noise and AGWN may be present.

The apparatuses and methods disclosed herein may wirelessly charge electronic devices by causing a power distribution device to send a group short beacon signal to a plurality of micro-PTU-coils; identifying a load on a first micro-PTU-coil of the plurality of micro-PTU-coils using a detected magnetic flux caused by an object being proximate to the first micro-PTU-coil; determining a location of the object using the identified load on the first micro-PTU-coil; causing the power distribution device to send a group long beacon signal to the plurality of micro-PTU-coils; receiving, from the object, an advertisement, the advertisement comprising an indication of a coupling strength between the first micro-PTU-coil and the object; determining that the object is an electronic device; and determining to apply a current to the first micro-PTU-coil using the location of the electronic device and the coupling strength data.

    摘要: A method of preparing nano-dispersed high-all-trans-carotenoid microcapsules is provided, comprising: preparing 10-20% carotenoid suspension by milling the high-all trans-carotenoid crystals with dichloromethane until the particle size thereof is in the range of 2-5 μm, then supplying the suspension together with preheated dichloromethane of another pass into a dissolving tank to obtain a solution of 0.5-2%; delivering the solution together with ethanol or isopropanol into a crystallization device having high gravity rotating packed bed simultaneously and continuously, and then into a wiped-film evaporator for desolvation until the solid content is 10-20%, then a transparent alcohol dispersion of carotenoid is obtained; mashing the alcohol dispersion together with an aqueous solution containing an antioxidant and protective colloid and spray drying to obtain nano-dispersed high-all-trans-carotenoid microcapsules. As the crystals are nano-dispersed and the content of trans-isomer is more than 90%, the carotenoid microcapsules of present inventions exhibit high bioavailability.

    摘要: In one embodiment of the invention, a Fourier transform unit converts unsynchronized data received through multiple antennas to a frequency domain. Also, a spectrum estimation unit determines a power spectrum for the unsynchronized data. A notch filter removes data within a frequency band from additional unsynchronized data based on the power spectrum. A synchronization unit synchronizes the notch filtered data and a noise estimation unit determines a noise covariance matrix between the synchronized data received from multiple antennas. In addition, an equalization unit performs channel equalization on the synchronized data based on the noise covariance matrix.
