    摘要: The method for manufacturing a foamed product uses a manufacturing apparatus having a plasticizing cylinder in which an introduction port for introducing a physical blowing agent into a starvation zone is formed, and an introduction speed adjustment container connected to the introduction port, wherein the manufacturing method comprises: turning a thermoplastic resin into a molten resin; introducing the physical blowing agent at a predetermined pressure into the starvation zone through the introduction speed adjustment container and maintaining the starvation zone at a predetermined pressure; setting the molten resin to a starved state; bringing the molten resin in the starved state and the pressurized fluid into contact with each other; and molding the molten resin into a foamed product. The maximum value of the inner diameter of the introduction speed adjustment container is larger than the inner diameter of the introduction port.

    摘要: An optical apparatus capable of correcting field curvature easily, a method for manufacturing the optical apparatus, and a headlight including the optical apparatus. A lens, a plurality of solid-state light sources, and a substrate on which the solid-state light sources are mounted. The substrate includes a base material, which is rigid, and a mount surface, which is formed on the base material in a curved surface shape that substantially matches a focal plane shape of the lens, and on which a circuit pattern is formed. The solid-state light sources are mounted on the mount surface, and the substrate is positioned with respect to the lens such that a position of a focal plane of the lens substantially coincides with emission surfaces of the solid-state light sources, and thus field curvature can be easily corrected.

    摘要: A kneading apparatus includes a plasticizing cylinder in which a high pressure kneading zone and a pressure reduction zone are formed adjacently in this order from an upstream side so that a molten resin obtained by plasticizing a thermoplastic resin and a pressurized fluid are kneaded with each other in the high pressure kneading zone, and gasified pressurized fluid, which is gasified by reducing a resin internal pressure, is separated in the pressure reduction zone from the molten resin kneaded with the pressurized fluid, a screw which is arranged rotatably and movably back and forth in the plasticizing cylinder; and a downstream side seal mechanism which is provided between the high pressure kneading zone and the pressure reduction zone and which makes communication and disconnection between the high pressure kneading zone and the pressure reduction zone in accordance with a rotation state of the screw.

The plasticizing cylinder has a plasticization zone, a starvation zone, and an introducing port which is formed in the plasticizing cylinder and via which a physical foaming agent is introduced into the starvation zone.
