摘要: The present invention provides a resin composition for a model material, for obtaining an optically shaped article that has flexibility and does not crack even when it is bent, and a method for manufacturing optically shaped articles that are shaped using the resin composition for a model material. The present invention relates to a resin composition for a model material, comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of a whole resin composition, 20 to 90 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate monomer represented by the following formula (1) and/or a (meth)acrylate monomer represented by the following formula (2) as a monofunctional monomer (A), and 5 parts by weight or more of a polyfunctional oligomer as an oligomer (B), and further comprises no or 15 parts by weight or less, based on 100 parts by weight of the whole resin composition, of polyfunctional monomer (C),
wherein R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.-

摘要: A composition for model materials (4a) is used for shaping an optically shaped article by an inkjet optical shaping method, comprises a monofunctional monomer (A) and an oligomer (B) as a photocurable component, further, comprises no polyfunctional monomer (C) as a photocurable component, or comprises a polyfunctional monomer (C) as a photocurable component at 3.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a whole composition for model materials, the oligomer (B) has a hydroxyl group or an amino group, and a total molar fraction of the hydroxyl group and the amino group in a total amount of the photocurable components is less than 5.0%. The composition for model materials (4a) can afford an optically shaped article that has flexibility, and does not crack even when it is bent.

摘要: The present invention relates to a model material ink set for use in an optical molding method by an inkjet system, wherein the ink set comprises a color ink and a clear ink containing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, as a model material ink, wherein the color ink contains, as the ethylenically unsaturated monomer, 30 to 75% of a (meth)acrylate and 10 to 50% of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer that is not a (meth)acrylate and that contains a nitrogen atom, based on a total amount of the color ink, the clear ink contains, as the ethylenically unsaturated monomer, 30 to 80% of a (meth)acrylate based on a total amount of the clear ink, provided that a content of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer that is not a (meth)acrylate and that contains a nitrogen atom is less than 10% based on the total amount of the clear ink.

摘要: There is provided a resin composition for a modeling material, used for shaping a modeling material by a manufacturing method for light curing molding using an ink-jet scheme, comprising (A) an ethylenic unsaturated monomer as a photocuring component, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and (C) a surface adjusting agent, wherein the resin composition for a modeling material has surface tension Mt of 26.0 to 33.0 mN/m, and the resin composition for a modeling material has surface tension Mst represented by the following (i) expression of 33.0 mN/m or more, and this resin composition for a modeling material 4a can afford a light cured article having the good dimensional accuracy.
