Abstract: A side door comprises a door panel portion and a reinforcement portion (a lower-side reinforcement portion and others). The door panel portion is provided to cover an opening portion for entrance and configured such that its peripheral part overlaps with an opening-portion-forming vehicle-body frame member (a side sill and others) in a vehicle side view. The reinforcement portion is provided at the peripheral part of the door panel portion such that it overlaps with the opening-portion-forming vehicle-body frame member in the vehicle side view, thereby reinforcing the peripheral part of the door panel portion against a collision load applied to the side door from a vehicle side. The reinforcement portion is provided at a portion of the peripheral part of the door panel portion which includes a part corresponding to the vehicle-width-direction-extending vehicle-body frame member (a first floor cross member and others).

Abstract: A side vehicle-body structure of a vehicle includes a rear door having a center pillar extending in a vehicle up-down direction built in a front portion of the rear door, and a front door having a door impact bar extending in a vehicle front-rear direction built in the front door. A rear end of the door impact bar is disposed to overlap with the center pillar in a vehicle side view, a reinforcement gusset that connects a lower portion of the front door and a rear portion of the door impact bar to each other is included in an inner portion of the front door, and a side sill extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is adjacently disposed below a connecting portion of a lower portion of the front door at which the lower portion of the front door is connected to the reinforcement gusset.

Abstract: A vehicle front structure prevents unintentional package movement during travel while allowing access to a trunk from a vehicle cabin side. Embodiments include a vehicle having a front trunk, a glove box, and a communication portion. The front trunk has a housing space at a front of the vehicle to house a package. The glove box is at a front part of a vehicle cabin and has a housing space into and out of which a package can be taken, and a lid to open and close an opening. The communication portion has a communication space providing communication between the housing space of the front trunk and the housing space of the glove box. A raised wall that restricts package movement in the communication space is provided at an opening section of the communication space, such as a front opening at a front end part of the communication space.
