    摘要: Provided is a rotor of a rotating electric machine, including: a rotor core; an end plate provided at an end portion of the rotor core in an axial direction of the rotor core; and a shaft passing through the rotor core and the end plate along the axial direction. The end plate includes: a flat plate portion that has an annular shape and is held in contact with the rotor core; and a warp portion that is formed more on an inner peripheral side of the end plate than the flat plate portion and is held in contact with the shaft. In a radial cross section of the end plate, the warp portion is warped so as to be apart from the rotor core as extending away from the flat plate portion.

The driving control unit (4) includes an outer-diameter gradually increasing surface (11) formed on one end portion thereof, the outer-diameter gradually increasing surface (11) being connected so that an outer diameter thereof on the mounting-portion contact surface (7) matches with an outer diameter of the gearbox. Thus, it is possible to prevent a liquid from entering inside through the mounting-portion contact surface (7), thereby preventing electrical insulating properties of internal electric components from being lowered.

    摘要: An electric-rotating-machine rotor has a rotor core in which ring-shaped plate materials that are each magnetic materials are stacked in an axial direction and a shaft-press-fitted into an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core; the inner circumferential surface has a first press-fitting portion that is an axial-direction section into which the shaft is inserted and a second press-fitting portion that is an axial-direction section adjacent to the first press-fitting portion and into which the shaft is inserted with an interference larger than that of the first press-fitting portion, and the shaft is press-fitted into the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core from the first press-fitting portion side. As a result, the electric-rotating-machine rotor in which no gap is caused between the stacked plate materials can be realized at low cost. Moreover, it is made possible to produce the electric-rotating-machine rotor through simple processes and at low cost.
