摘要: A charging apparatus includes a power receiving unit that includes a rectifier, receives AC power, and converts the AC power into DC power, a power storage device that has DC power stored therein, a DC/DC converter that can execute a bidirectional power-flow control including a control of charging to the power storage device and a control of discharging from the power storage device using an output of the rectifier, and a control unit that controls operations of the power receiving unit and the DC/DC converter. In the charging apparatus, an output voltage of the rectifier is set different from an output voltage of the DC/DC converter that is applied to an output terminal of the rectifier when the power storage device is discharged.

摘要: A station-building power-supply device includes: a detector that detects a ripple in an overhead line voltage and outputs information on the detected ripple and an overhead line voltage value; a determiner that compares the information with a threshold for determining whether a ripple is in the overhead line voltage, and outputs the overhead line voltage value obtained when a ripple is determined to be not in the overhead line voltage based on the comparison result; an estimator that estimates, based on the overhead line voltage value, a no-load voltage value of an overhead line in a no-load state; a controller that sets an additional value; and a calculator that adds the additional value to the no-load voltage value to calculate a regeneration determining voltage value for determining whether an electric vehicle performs regeneration, and outputs the regeneration determining voltage value to a circuit that utilizes energy generated by the regeneration.

摘要: The station-building power supply device includes a capacitor unit that stores therein surplus regenerative power, a first power conversion unit that performs DC/DC power conversion, and a second power conversion unit that converts DC power. A first voltage threshold for detecting the occurrence of surplus regenerative power is set and a first SOC threshold for detecting whether the capacitor unit can discharge is set. The first power conversion unit is controlled such that power is supplied from the feeder to the capacitor unit to charge the capacitor unit when the feeding voltage exceeds the first voltage threshold, and the second power conversion unit is controlled such that power is supplied from the capacitor unit to the station loads when the SOC of the capacitor unit exceeds the first SOC threshold.
