Abstract: Techniques to support human-machine interactions for public safety annotations are provided. Live streamed media that includes at least one of audio and video is received. The live streamed media is replicated. The replicated live streamed media is sent to at least two of an artificial intelligence bot and a human for annotation. A conflict between the annotations is detected. The conflict is resolved via an agency selected annotation conflict resolution policy.

Abstract: A communication system and method are provided for prioritizing the collection of evidence leads. Geographic mass messaging notifications are sent out alerting to an incident in conjunction with a request for incident information. Responding devices are prioritized based on device parameter information. The prioritization enables transient devices to be provided with a higher priority than non-transient devices. The assigned priority facilitates investigative follow-up of a plurality of evidence leads prior to the review of actual data content of each lead.

Abstract: Improved device pairing between a scanning wireless radio communication device and target wireless electronic devices is provided by initiating a discovery process and during the discovery process: receiving, from each of a plurality of target wireless electronic devices, wireless pairing information, receiving, from some or all of the target wireless electronic devices, and in addition to the wireless pairing information, physical state information describing a particular physical state of the target wireless electronic device; for each target wireless electronic device providing the particular physical state of the target wireless electronic device, correlating the received physical state information with state information stored at the scanning wireless radio communication device and associated with an indication that the target wireless electronic device is a preferred discoverable target wireless electronic device; and initiating pairing with or displaying only those physical stated correlated target wireless electronic devices.

Abstract: A first mobile station operating on a first network according to a first network protocol receives a proxy request for access to a network resource, by from a second mobile station operating on a second network according to a second network protocol. The proxy request is received according to a third network protocol. The first mobile station determines a priority of the proxy request; accepts or denies the proxy request based on the determined priority of the proxy request; allocates resources to the proxy request, if the proxy request is accepted; and serves as a proxy mobile station for the second mobile station to access the network resource.

Abstract: A device, system and method for sharing sensor data is provided. A request to access sensor data is received at a receiver device, from a requestor device, the sensor data acquired by sensors associated with the receiver device. The receiver device determines a status of the receiver device. The receiver device determines, from the status of the receiver device, a subset of the sensor data to share with the requestor device. The receiver device determines one or more override contextual conditions associated with one or more of the requestor device and the receiver device. When the one or more override contextual conditions meets one or more override threshold conditions, the receiver device causes the subset of the sensor data to be shared with the requestor device.

Abstract: An evidentiary electronic processor receives identifying data associated with respective ones of a plurality of communication devices associated with an incident. The evidentiary electronic processor determines an assignment status of each communication device using the respective identifying data. The assignment status indicates that a communication device is one of assigned to the incident, unassigned to the incident and associated with a first profile that is relevant to the incident, or unassigned to the incident and associated with a second profile that is irrelevant to the incident. The evidentiary electronic processor receives sensor data associated with the incident from a sending communication device out of the plurality of communication devices. The evidentiary electronic processor processes the sensor data based on a respective assignment status associated with the sending communication device.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for forwarding detected environmental conditions are provided herein. During operation, sensors will continuously sample an environment surrounding a public-safety officer. The sensors are preferably body-worn sensors, but could be vehicle or incident area sensors as well. The sensors continuously monitor and report any detected condition to a hub (which could be body-worn) as a local status alert message. Once the hub receives a detected condition within a local status alert, the hub will make a determination if a dispatch center needs to be notified of the detected condition. The notification of the condition is transmitted to the dispatch center as a global status alert, which may simply comprise a forwarded local status alert.

The electronic processor may be configured to identify first data included in a captured data file associated with the public safety incident that was generated at least partially by monitoring the object. The electronic processor may be configured to determine a time period within the captured data file during which the first data is identified to be present, and display an indication of the uncompleted task and at least one of the time period within the captured data file, the first data, and a user-selectable link to allow a user to consume the first data.

Abstract: A method for registering an Internet of Things (IoT) device to an incident IoT ledger system is provided. A computer aided dispatch (CAD) device sends a first ledger request including an incident record to a distributed incident ledger operated by validation nodes. The CAD device receives a first ledger response indicating that the incident record was accepted and added into the incident ledger after being validated by the nodes. The CAD device then sends a second ledger request to an IoT distributed ledger operated by second validation nodes. The request includes a query to the IoT distributed ledger to find registered IoT devices for affiliating with the incident. The CAD device receives a second ledger response including information identifying registered IoT devices from the IoT distributed ledger. The CAD device then sends an affiliation invitation to an IoT device determined from the registered IoT devices identified in the second ledger response.
