    摘要: The present invention relates to compounds and methods useful for the detection and treatment of disorders associated with frameshift mutations in coding microsatellite regions. The compounds and methods are applicable in cancers, especially of DNA mismatch repair deficient (MMR) sporadic tumors and HNPCC associated tumors. The compounds disclosed in the invention are useful for detection of disorders and in therapy such as e.g. immuno-therapy. The diagnostic methods relate to diagnosis and prognostic assessment of disorders associated with frameshift polypeptides originating from frameshift mutations in coding microsatellite regions of genes based on the detection of immunological entities directed against said frameshift polypeptides in body fluids. With respect to the treatment of cancer, especially of DNA mismatch repair deficient (MMR) sporadic tumors and HNPCC associated tumors, the invention pertains to methods which use immuno therapy with combinatorial mixtures of tumor specific frameshift peptides to elicit a cytotoxic T-cell response specifically directed against tumor cells for use in prevention as well as in curative treatment of cancers and precancers.

The system includes a service accessing end and an OTN receiving end; the method includes the following steps: the OTN receiving end performs de-mapping operation to an OTN frame after receiving the OTN frame, and performs two-level buffering operation to the service data flow recovered therefrom, a first buffering unit performs a homogenization treatment to the service data flow and then outputs to a second buffering unit, which the second buffering unit outputs the service data flow according to the service clock after receiving the service data flow. After adopting the present invention, it is able to ensure that the quality of the recovered service clock is relatively higher, which meets the customer requirement on the related specification of the service clock.

    摘要: It has been discovered that any RNA can be targeted for cleavage by RNAase P from eukaryotic cells, for example, human RNAase P, using a suitably designed oligoribonucleotide ("external guide sequence", or EGS) to form a hybrid with the target RNA, thereby creating a substrate for cleavage by RNAase P in vitro. The EGS hydrogen bonds to the targeted RNA to form a partial tRNA like structure including the aminoacyl acceptor stem, the T stem and loop, and part of the D stem. The most efficient EGS with human RNAase P is the EGS in which the anticodon stem and loop was deleted. Modifications can also be made within the T-loop. Methods are also disclosed to randomly select and to express a suitable EGS in vivo to make a selected RNA a target for cleavage by the host cell RNAase P, thus preventing expression of the function of the target RNA. The methods and compositions should be useful to prevent the expression of disease-causing genes in vivo.

Methods are also disclosed to randomly select and to express a suitable EGS or RIGS in vivo to make a selected RNA a target for cleavage by a host cell RNase P or introduced RIGS, thus preventing expression of the function of the target RNA.
