    摘要: An internal combustion engine may include a housing and at least one cavity arranged therein for receiving a coolant flow. An exhaust gas cooler may be provided for cooling an exhaust gas flow. The exhaust gas cooler may be configured as a stacked disc cooler including at least two stacking discs, an exhaust gas inlet, a cover plate and a screw-mounting plate for screw-mounting to the housing. The exhaust gas cooler may protrude into the cavity of the housing when the screw-mounting plate is mounted to the housing. The screw-mounting plate may have a spacer element disposed at the exhaust gas inlet. The spacer element may protrude in a direction of the at least two stacking discs and enlarge a distance between the screw-mounting plate and an adjacent stacking disc of the at least two stacking discs to position the exhaust gas cooler further into the cavity.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation cooler may include a heat exchanger block including a first mounting flange, a diffuser including a second mounting flange, and at least one non-return valve arranged between the heat exchanger block and the diffuser. The exhaust gas recirculation cooler may also include a valve carrier which supports the at least one non-return valve and on which a gasket is arranged. The heat exchanger block may be connected via the first mounting flange directly to the second mounting flange of the diffuser. The valve carrier may be arranged between the heat exchanger block and the diffuser, and with the gasket may seal a sealing point between the first mounting flange and the second mounting flange. The diffuser may include an outwardly closed recess with a peripheral rim structured to accommodate the valve carrier. The rim may define the second mounting flange.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation cooler may include a housing having a coolant inlet opening into an inlet region and a coolant outlet, and a plurality of cooling tubes arranged in the housing next to one another to form a tube row, each cooling tube connecting an exhaust gas inlet and outlet. At least two tube rows with one arranged on top of another and spaced from each other may form a tube block. Exhaust gas may be flowable through an inside of each cooling tube, and a coolant flow may be able to be circulated outside of the cooling tubes within the housing and flowable through an annular space enclosing the tube block in a circumferential direction. A flow guide arrangement for guiding the coolant in the interior of the tube block may be arranged in the housing lying against at least portions of one of the tube rows.
