    摘要: An internal combustion engine includes a main body including an attachment portion; an EGR cooler including a portion fastened to the main body; and an EGR valve including a fixing portion fastened to the attachment portion with a bolt and a connection portion fastened to the EGR cooler. A pin is fixed to one of the fixing portion and the attachment portion. An insertion hole into which the pin is inserted is arranged in the other one of the fixing portion and the attachment portion. An inner diameter of the insertion hole is greater than an outer diameter of the pin, and a value obtained by subtracting the outer diameter of the pin from the inner diameter of the insertion hole is less than a value obtained by subtracting a shank diameter of the bolt from an inner diameter of a bolt hole in the fixing portion.

The housing forms at least one housing cover and one housing case, the housing case being tightly closed by the housing cover. Both ends of the exchanger tube are conducted for gas and liquid tight connection through the housing cover so that the inlet and the outlet of the exchanger tube are disposed outside of the housing.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation cooler may include a heat exchanger block including a first mounting flange, a diffuser including a second mounting flange, and at least one non-return valve arranged between the heat exchanger block and the diffuser. The exhaust gas recirculation cooler may also include a valve carrier which supports the at least one non-return valve and on which a gasket is arranged. The heat exchanger block may be connected via the first mounting flange directly to the second mounting flange of the diffuser. The valve carrier may be arranged between the heat exchanger block and the diffuser, and with the gasket may seal a sealing point between the first mounting flange and the second mounting flange. The diffuser may include an outwardly closed recess with a peripheral rim structured to accommodate the valve carrier. The rim may define the second mounting flange.

The arrangement includes an actuator housing, an actuator arranged in the actuator housing, a housing plate which rests on the flow channel housing, screws, and a collar flange which radially surrounds the housing plate. The insertion housing part extends on a first side of the housing plate and the actuator housing extends on a second opposite side of the housing plate. The collar flange comprises a screw hole pattern arranged thereon and through-holes arranged therein. The screw hole pattern corresponds to a connecting bore pattern of the flow channel housing. The control valve is attached to the flow channel housing via the screws being inserted through the through-holes of the collar flange.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) incorporated before the EGR cooler to filter the particulate matter from the EGR before entering the air intake. With the DPF installed before the EGR cooler soot buildup in all EGR components and air intake track is reduced or eliminated. Installing the DPF before the EGR cooler allows the DPF to be in passive regeneration while the vehicle's engine is in operation, extending the life and maintenance interval of the DPF. Alternatively, the DPF may be installed after the EGR cooler, reducing or eliminating soot buildup in the EGR valve and air intake.
