摘要: An internal combustion engine may include a housing and at least one cavity arranged therein for receiving a coolant flow. An exhaust gas cooler may be provided for cooling an exhaust gas flow. The exhaust gas cooler may be configured as a stacked disc cooler including at least two stacking discs, an exhaust gas inlet, a cover plate and a screw-mounting plate for screw-mounting to the housing. The exhaust gas cooler may protrude into the cavity of the housing when the screw-mounting plate is mounted to the housing. The screw-mounting plate may have a spacer element disposed at the exhaust gas inlet. The spacer element may protrude in a direction of the at least two stacking discs and enlarge a distance between the screw-mounting plate and an adjacent stacking disc of the at least two stacking discs to position the exhaust gas cooler further into the cavity.

摘要: The invention relates to an exhaust gas heat exchanger (1) with a housing (2), in which a tube bundle (3) with multiple tubes (4) is held via headers (5, 6), wherein in the tubes (4) a first flow path for exhaust gas (7) and between the tubes (4) and the housing (2) a second flow path for coolant (8) runs, wherein the first longitudinal ends of the individual tubes (4) of the tube bundle (3) are incorporated in a first header (5) in a fixed manner, in particular welded or brazed. It is substantial to the invention that at least one of the tubes (4) is axially moveable in the region of a second longitudinal end relative to the second header (6) and captive therein.

摘要: An accumulator may include a housing with at least two mutually opposite housing walls, accumulator cells arranged between the housing walls and following one another in a stacking direction, and at least one intermediate piece arranged in the housing between at least one of the accumulator cells and one of the housing walls and that retains the accumulator cells in the housing. At least one intermediate piece may be configured as a mutable intermediate piece in such a way that the mutable intermediate piece may be changeable between a first state having a first thickness extending in a spacing direction between the associated housing wall and the associated at least one of the accumulator cells, and a second state having a second thickness extending in the spacing direction, wherein the second thickness may be greater than the first thickness. In the state in which the mutable intermediate piece and the accumulator cells may be arranged in the housing, the mutable intermediate piece may be changed into the second state.

摘要: A battery module for a traction battery of a battery electric vehicle and a method for manufacturing a battery module are disclosed. The battery module includes a cohesive battery cell stack and a module housing. A guide unit with at least two guide rails are provided on two opposite sides of the battery module. The battery cell stack is inserted into the module housing in a direction of insertion via the at least two guide rails and held transversely to the direction of insertion. The battery cell stack is bonded to the module housing via a cured adhesive. The cured adhesive defines a form-fitting unit that holds the battery cell stack in the module housing in at least one of a form-fitting and force-fitting manner.

摘要: An exhaust gas heat exchanger may include a tube bundle and a housing through which a coolant is flowable. The tube bundle may include a plurality of exhaust gas-conducting tubes held in a first tube base and a second tube base. The housing may enclose the tube bundle and may have face ends delimited by the first tube base and the second tube base. The housing may include a coolant inlet arranged in a region of the second tube base and a coolant outlet arranged in a region of the first tube base such that the coolant flows in counter flow relative to the exhaust gas. A plurality of coolant bypass passages may be arranged between the tube bundle and the housing. At least a subset of the plurality of coolant bypass passages may be at least partly blocked by an inlay structured and arranged to steer a coolant flow.
