摘要: A radial needle bearing includes an outer ring having a race track formed on the inner surface thereof and inward flanges at both ends thereof, a retainer with a plural number of pockets, rotatably located within the outer ring, a seal ring located between the end face of the retainer and inside the inward flange, the seal ring functioning to impede the flow of a lubricating oil flowing in the axial direction within the outer ring, and a plural number of needles rotatably held within each of the pockets. The radial needle bearing is improved in that the outer diameter of the retainer is slightly smaller than the diameter of the race track, and the inner diameter of the retainer is slightly larger than the inscribed circle of the plural number of needles.

摘要: A cross section of each divided light guiding plate is formed in a wedge shape, a step is formed at a portion of each divided light guiding plate where LEDs are arranged, and holes used for accommodating the LEDs are formed at the step. A plated face is formed on a lower face of each LED, and is coupled to a wiring substrate through solder. Each LED includes a light-emitting face, a lower frame, and an upper frame. The height of the lower frame of each LED is larger than the height of the upper frame, so that a lower end of the light-emitting face of each LED can be always located higher than a lower end of the divided light guiding plate.

摘要: In a backlight using an LED, area control is performed such that the backlight is lit only in the bright area of the screen and the backlight is not lit in the dark area. The temperature change in the light emission efficiency of the LED is large. The temperature of the lit LED is high in area control, so that when a completely gray screen is displayed after the area control, the light emission efficiency of the LED decreases in the previously illuminated area, resulting in the occurrence of uneven brightness. The present invention prevents the uneven brightness of the screen in area control, by reducing the temperature change in the light emission efficiency of the LED to 5% or less, and more preferably 3% or less, in a temperature range of 50° C. to 90° C.

摘要: A CTP system is provided, which allows its continuous use even if some of laser diodes located at dispersed sites are in a non-light emitting state due to breakage or the like. In the case where some channels are in the non-light emitting state, channel-by-channel exposure data is generated to describe the way that exposure should be performed by use of specific light-emitting channels that are determined by the locations of non-light emitting channels, while an exposure head is moved also through (a) complementary interval(s) before and/or after a standard interval, the standard interval being the interval the exposure head is moved through in normal mode. Then, the transport unit moves the exposure head through the standard interval and through the complementary interval(s), during which period the exposure controller causes the specific light-emitting channels to emit exposure light according to the channel-by-channel exposure data, thereby forming an exposed area.

摘要: A gas is generated from a printing plate by exposure of the printing plate. A gas diffusing suction unit jets air from air jet ports to diffuse the gas generated from the printing plate by irradiation of laser light. The gas diffused by the air is sucked along with the air from a gas suction opening of the gas diffusing suction unit. At this time, a gas suction velocity is set to 1.2 or more times an air jet velocity to suck the gas/air efficiently. The gas/air may be sucked efficiently by setting a volume of suction to 30 or more times a volume of air jet.

摘要: A signal transfer method for transmitting and receiving signals between a control apparatus and a plurality of controlled apparatuses. In order to achieve the signal transfer method which can remarkably reduce the number of signal lines of a bus cable, individually reset the controlled apparatuses in the same structure from the control apparatus and utilizes the control frame in the maximum for the control signal itself, a control address and a transmission line address are serialized and are transmitted with a common serial address line, a transmission control signal line is used in common with a control response and a transmission control signal sent from the peripheral units while a reception control signal line with a control command and a reception control signal sent from the common controller, a controlled apparatus executes the control for resetting thereof by detecting a reset character individually assigned thereto, and a terminal station or a terminal station group can be discriminated by adding a unique word to the region immediately before the control frame.

摘要: An inkjet printing apparatus 100 includes an inkjet head holder 11 holding inkjet heads 2, and a pair of head cap holders 12 and 13 holding head caps 3. When the inkjet head holder 11 is in a raised position, the head cap holders 12 and 13 are arranged as horizontally juxtaposed in a capping position, where the respective inkjet heads 2 and the respective head caps 3 are opposed to each other, below the inkjet head holder 11. When the inkjet head holder 11 is in a lowered position, the head cap holders 12 and 13 are arranged as vertically superposed in a withdrawn position laterally of a vertical movement area of the inkjet head holder 11.
